Scheduled with them to have someone come out to look over a job and provide an estimate. Had a date and time arranged but nobody showed up when they were supposed to. About two hours after the person was supposed to arrive a technician called asking if the office had notified me that they would not be able to make it out. Nope. They said the office should be in touch the following day to reschedule, they did not call me to reschedule and I did not hear from Prestige Electric again.

I had contacted three electrical companies, also All Phases and CDW, to provide quotes so Prestige eliminated themselves.

I recently purchased a property that was built in 1964. I had Prestige come out to replace the original electrical panel and figure out a bunch of the old wiring around the house for fairly competitive prices. The 3 service techs that we're in charge of my projects were efficient and able to complete within their timeframes.

Everything about this company is wonderful. They have taken care of our electric needs on more than one occasion and have always been professional. They recently came out to diagnose and repair a short-circuit providing power to our sub-panel. The electrician stayed late (not overage fee) to make sure we were safe and promptly scheduled the full repair, which took several hours to complete. He was thorough, polite, and professional. I would not think twice about hiring Prestige to provide our electric repair or upgrade needs.

Trying to get a hold of someone and their phone number isn’t working. It will not contact me someone to speak with. They replaced my panel and having lights flickering alittle more regularly. I just want to know if we have to re torq the main power wires.
