Jamie was on time and did a very professional job. We have an old house and he had no problem getting the job done. The results exceeded our expectations and we will be using him for our future work. Highly recommend this company!

I found Richard to be a courteous and extremely knowledgeable technician who was very good at keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on.
An issue came up, but the company was quick to resolve it.

In a world where it seems like nobody’s care anymore about customer service, this company was a breath of fresh air! It was so nice to have people who actually care! Melody was so sweet & took care of us by setting up my appointment to have someone come out ASAP when our house electricity wasn’t running fully. It ended up being our electric company’s issue but Jamie our technician called the energy company for us & told them what the issue was and was able to get us in for a “emergency repair” with our energy company. Melody & the manager also called after to follow up with us! They give me hope that there are still awesome businesses out there that are ran properly & genuinely care.

Jaime S. was the tech that came out and he answered all my questions and then some! He gave me an estimate and explained the issues that arose. He was very thorough and professional! 100% recommend this company. The person I spoke with yesterday was super friendly and made sure we had a tech as soon as possible.

Luis and Manny came same day to diagnose an issue with my tankless hot water heater. Came back the next day and completed work that resolved my issue perfectly. Both were very polite, friendly, and courteous. Left the place looking better than they before they arrived too. Will definitey use again. Much appreciated guys cheers!

Beware!! Back in July of 2021 one of our power legs failed to our home. We hired Solaris Electrical and they promptly started repairs, but left my premises job incomplete with high voltage ground wire dangerously exposed for weeks.In fact Lakeland Electric shut off power to my home due to MAJOR violation; leaving high voltage cables exposed. Company sent another group of guys over to finish the job. First two photos shows exposed high voltage cables. Third photo shows damaged area we had to replace...again... 2 weeks ago, but used a reputable company this time around.

2024: We have used Solaris Electric for work on two of our homes over the course of the past few years. Every technician has been prompt and courteous, and has done excellent work. Most recently we had one ceiling fan moved, a new ceiling fan installed, and a chandelier installed. It turned out that the location of the chandelier (which was replacing the ceiling fan that was moved) had never had a box installed, so the electrician had to put a new one in. We appreciate having dependable electricians we can trust.

2022: Edward from Solaris was on time, professional, kind & courteous, and went above and beyond in repairing our outlet. I will use Solaris for any future electrical needs; the experience has been great since my very first call to them.

Richard & Repo came to install fan/light fixtures in my new apartment. They were super friendly, they did the work really quickly , tested to make sure it was working, and even put up our little fan remotes for us. I don’t know how my apartment complex expected me to install that myself but luckily I picked Solaris Electric and they were able to help me out same day.

Jaime did a great job helping us with moving some plugs for renovation as well as installing a Tesla car charger. He showed up on time, work was done quickly and overall the process was super easy. So yeah, overall I’m very happy with the service!

We have worked with Solaris over the years on project’s involving our HOA community. The experience with the technicians has always been positive. I will have to agree with a comment made here about office communication being somewhat lax and callback time needing a boost. This last job was much better in that respect and it appears the issues may have been resolved. Insofar as Pedro, he has been excellent. Richard has always been helpful.

Exceptionally professional company. A polite man answered the phone when I called instead of a voicemail and had someone out within hours and at a very reasonable price. I was amazed. I also really appreciated the extra safety measure of sending a text with info about the electrician coming. Pedro was first class, very polite and professional. I will recommend highly to others.

Extremely expensive for no reason. Almost $500 dollars for one hour and a half for a job that they did not fix. $US 200 dollars for diagnostics of my AC outside unit not powering up. Also charged me a lot of money for a simple capacitor that cost $20 dollars. Since the issue was not fixed after replacing the new capacitor they did not show me that the old capacitor was bad. They just told me it was bad but they did not prove it to me. They charge more than a practice doctor. This is very awful. I won’t never be using nor recommending any business with this people ever again..

Tripped our main breaker due to a faulty dryer receptacle. Richard was on time, professional, and provided exceptional service. If you're looking for an electrician that knows his stuff and is happy to show you his work throughout the job, he is the guy!

Jaime did amazing! And the issue was so simple he refused to even charge me or take my tip. But he did educate me and gave me valuable tips. I will definitely call again!

Hilary Batista was great and was very knowledgeable and friendly a very nice young man. He found the solution of my electrical problem, which other electricians could not. I would totally recommend him for any job.

Everyone that helped me at Solaris was wonderful. From booking my appointment to the service call, they were compassionate and knowledgeable. It can be really stressful staring down a major home repair on a budget. They gave me all my options, including the ones that made them no money. You don’t find technicians like that too often anymore.

I Dismissed the fact that instead of taking the deposit with my credit card they ended up running my credit card for the entire job. Which wasn't what they said or what i agreed upon. It took them enough time to get back to me that the job was finished. Their response was your paid in full now that the job is done.. I should have known something was wrong at that point.
Secondly i had them install Ubiquity cameras on the soffit outside my house. I bought special mounts. They elected not to use them and the cameras got wet. I Told Pedro that i wanted the mounts installed but he kept reassuring me they weren't needed. turns out that wasn't the case. After getting new cameras they refused to come back and install the cameras correctly with the correct mounts without charging me.
I was polite and said no thank you.. I'm not paying a company who didn't install the cameras correctly the first time to come back and do it right. I will add photos once i get the cameras installed correctly.. I don't recommend their service.

These guys are great at responding right away by phone. Very professional. I had a difficult wiring issue that was impossible for me to figure out. They found the solution and I was back to normal within the hour. A big thank you to these guys.
