In a world where it seems like nobody’s care anymore about customer service, this company was a breath of fresh air! It was so nice to have people who actually care! Melody was so sweet & took care of us by setting up my appointment to have someone come out ASAP when our house electricity wasn’t running fully. It ended up being our electric company’s issue but Jamie our technician called the energy company for us & told them what the issue was and was able to get us in for a “emergency repair” with our energy company. Melody & the manager also called after to follow up with us! They give me hope that there are still awesome businesses out there that are ran properly & genuinely care.
