The crew of Standard Construction went above and beyond on my project. It was a great experience from the sale to the finish of the project. The crew was polite and knowledgeable, cleaned their work area everyday. The project entailed living room/dining room ceiling, replaced living room walls, replaced all electric and painted bathroom walls and ceiling, installed new floor tile and fixtures. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I trust this company, they did the work at my house, they were very quick, very effective and very professional.

Just want to put this at the very beginning that Yuri and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on giving my house a new life. I initially got in contact with Yuri for some simple drywall repair, which led to painting the whole interior of the house, and then popcorn ceiling removal and repainting the ceiling. Yuri is very responsible and knowledgeable by checking in everyday for the progress of the project. His team is very professional and most importantly very nice. They make sure the work is done properly and beyond the standard. I thank them for all the hard work and I would definitely recommend Yuri to anyone who needs the services he has to offer.

I contacted Standard Construction to help me with a few projects around the house. I had a handyman here prior and there were some things that he was having a hard time with and wasn’t able to do. These guys came in and were able to get it done and very quickly. The did a great job and I will be contacting them again for future projects.

Yuri and his team did excellent work at my mom’s house as we prepared it for sale after my stepdad’s passing. It was stuck in the 1960s. It needed a complete gut of the kitchen and bathrooms along with removing a wall, new floors, etc. They were very professional and did the job very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Had a house fire, the entire house had to be gutted and redone. MJS Construction took on the job and did a great job. They even helped me with finding a private adjuster to help me with the insurance claim process. My home was redone better than it ever had been. Highly recommend MJS Construction.

MJS Construction Services (Mike) did a great job! He took a difficult situation (commercial building fire) and made the whole rebuilding experience super easy and effortless. He took the reigns and completed the project in a professional, knowledgeable and affordable manner. I would use him again for any other projects that may come my way.

Mike with MJS is an honest and reliable company. During the recent storms through Central Florida, most companies were either ignoring my call or trying to scam me in a time of need. Mike assured me he would take care of all of the damages to my home in a timely manner and honest price. Owning a custom home with unique architecture, I was so pleased and excited to see MJS fix all of the damage done by those nasty storms. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
