Excellent cleaning service ! I have tried another business cleaning services but Rugby are outstanding in every activity they made! But the best of Rugby is its Staff! Bilingual, responsable and respectful staff!

We use Tower Facility Services Inc. for our janitorial services for our office, and I must say that we are pleased with their work. The team is efficient, professional, and thorough in their cleaning, leaving no corner untouched. The office always looks and smells fresh. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy janitorial service.

Great people to work with

Started out well. The owner and the salesperson i was dealing with answered a lot of questions and even drove about an hour to my house to allow us to demo a unit in person. From there, i got a few quotes including a Hydrotek hot unit and a recovery system that was $3500 higher then published online pricing from another distributor. I didn't expect them to beat or even match that especially given the hands on approach, the demo, and the fact they were local. I run a business, i don't underbid my competition just to win a job and i don't engage on the buyer side in such behavior either. I just let them know they were 'thousands" higher and they'd have to come down to close. I'm told they'll work on it.

The salesperson calls me a week later to let me know he's left because the owner renegotiated his contract. At this point I'm uneasy about the whole thing, the owner seems a bit dishonest if that's how he treats his employees, and obviously the pricing is a factor, so I pull the trigger with the online/out of state distributor. Next day, he texts me and notes that the owner will still honor his commission if he closes the deal. I inform him i'd already purchased elsewhere.

At this point, it gets really frustrating. They ask for the other distributor's name - i note it's publicly searchable online but that i won't volunteer it... i'm asked if i'll provide the serial number of the purchased unit as they may be able to claim some of the commission... again i indicate this is just not appropriate (they had a chance to rebid, refused, and lost the sale). Then i'm told the owner will refuse to honor warranty work on the unit since i didn't purchase from him. Unprofessional and childish, it cost this company any chance i'd give them my business in the future.

Let me make this clear: i wasn't nickle and diming... had they come within $500-1000 of their competition they would have had the sale. Trying to gouge me for ~30% more in commission followed by the threats/etc?

Sorry, i don't write many negative reviews, i know mistakes and miscommunication happen in business (including my own!). However, i have to recommend you stay far away - truly one of the shadiest sales experiences i've ever had (and I have the complete text history saved to back up my summary of the events).
