Chris is extremely friendly and professional. The service was easy to schedule and he kept me up to date frequently through text message (which I always find to be extremely convenient). He did a wonderful job at cleaning my fence and pool patio as well as removed mold from my screens. He was very quick, too! I'll be using him again in the future, for sure!

We hired this company to pressure wash our roof on December 8, 2020. When the crew arrived, we asked them to cover our shrubs so they would not get damaged by the chemicals. When we had our roof cleaned two years ago, there was damage to our sod and a few shrubs because the company did not cover any plants, therefore we knew it was important that our shrubs/plants be covered. The previous company was honorable and replaced the damaged sod and plants immediately after the damage was identified. They have since moved out of the area so we called Benny's Pressure Washing to clean the roof. When Chris and his crew arrived, the sod and all plants were very healthy and we have photos to prove this. The owner, Chris said their chemicals are "Not Harmful to Shrubs/Sod" and did not cover anything nor did they hose off the shrubs during or after the roof cleaning which they should have done!!! On December 14, 2020 we noticed that many of our shrubs had been damaged and we sent him photos. 3 of our mature virburnums were dying, 1/2 of our lady palm was dead, 2 hollys were dying a slow death as well as a lot of dead sod in the back of our home. There is also a 8" wide dead zone in the middle of all our other shrubs around the perimeter of our home directly under the roof line. We sent Chris several text messages alerting him of this damage and it took him days to respond. We asked him to come back and take a look at everything. A few days later he told us that one of his employees had come to our home to look at the shrubs and told Chris he could not see any damage. We told Chris we knew that was "not true" since we live in a gated community and we have outside security cameras. After that conversation, he told us he would come out and bring 3 "mature virburnums". Finally on January 7, 2021 after numerous requests for Chris to come back, he dropped off 3 tiny shrubs. He promised that one of his crew would come back on Monday to plant these shrubs and attempt to treat the "dead" sod, but he refused to acknowledge the other dead/damaged shrubs. As expected, no one showed up nor did they call. We notified him on January 17, 2021 that his follow up and concern for our damage was extremely disappointing and we expected him to be a man of his word...he never responded. He has demonstrated to us that he is not an honorable business man, he does not stand behind his work nor does he care about his customers. It was a huge mistake hiring Benny's Pressure Washing, I will never use them again, nor will I ever refer them. Chris, you have been disrespectful to us and to our property. Such a terrible way to do business !!!!! If you can't stand behind your work, what do you stand for?? By the way, it was amazing that you responded to this Google review in a matter of minutes, but you did not have time to respond to us. Also, we did run our sprinklers twice after the crew left but the damage was already done!!!!
