This is the first time I used this company and I couldn’t be happier. The entire process from beginning to end, was awesome. Excellent job and a wonderful communication process. I switched to Premier because the other company I’ve used for years really raised their rates. I was a little worried, but no reason to worry. Good value and good workmanship.

The techs that arrived were polite and very professional. My roof was "extremely" dirty and the tech took extra care and time to make it look pristine. Price was also very fair and response for a quote was prompt unlike several other companies I contacted. Premier Roof gave my entire house a “ bath”, as well as soft washing the driveway and pool deck.

The staff came out on time, they did an excellent job of cleaning the roof and protecting all the plants around the house. I have used premier in 2018 to clean my roof as well as October 2023. The work remains consistent with great customer service. Dealing with Rachelle in the office was a pleasure. She had great follow through as well as Manny the supervisor on the job made sure everything was perfect and to my satisfaction.

I was very impressed with Premier Roof Cleaning! The men that came out were very nice and did a beautiful job. My roof was very stained from overhanging trees and now it looks brand new again. My driveway and sidewalk look fantastic as well. Their communication in advance and quick estimate were first class. I would highly recommend them and I felt their pricing was very reasonable. They also have guarantees on their work that others do not.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The staff communicates well via email, and the work crew (just one guy for my small roof) was on time, quick, and professional. My roof looks amazing after the cleaning. Best of all was the extremely reasonable price! The other quotes I got were hundreds more. I also needed some painting work done on my house, which they were also able to arrange without any trouble. They solved several of my problems on a quick schedule and for a great price. Hard to ask for more than that. Highly recommend!

Premier roof cleaning did an incredible job cleaning my large tile 5000sqft roof. I called up several other roof cleaning companies and none offered the level of expertise and cleaning that premier roof cleaning did at a fraction of the cost. They were extremely professional, punctual and had a very well designed system for billing and payment. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very professional, provided detailed quote in minutes, 2 days later, crew showed up with clean, modern equipment, John and his partner did a wonderful job cleaning my tile roof, provided before and after photos, and even took photos of a few tile issues that I need to address . Paid with credit card on line with no “surcharge “. Their pricing is similar to others and maybe a bit more, but it’s worth getting the job done right with no aggravation!!
