Shakim was very respectful and courteous to be sure I would know when he would arrive. He cleaned the glass, tracks, and my screens and doors. He doubled cleaned some of the windows that had additional film from pest and fertilizer spray. He made sure I was satisfied with the cleanliness of all of the windows before he reinstalled the screens so I could see how clean the windows were. I am very satisfied with the work completed and the courtesy of the employee. The cost was reasonable as well.

They made sure I was totally satisfied with their work during the walk-through at the end and they Cleaned up and left no mess. Window Warriors started with Roy at our door, we talked a while and shared we had some very bad stain marks on 7 of our 8 windows. Roy looked at the stains he had never seen anything like it before But! He said we have great solutions that I know one of them will work. I was ready for Window washing to start. That’s when Shakim (washer) came. We showed him the bad window first and off he went to scrubbing the stains. It came Clear, his 3 hour hard work sure paid off. He was so polite and professional, all he wanted to do was to make us happy with the job. Well he did that but that is not all, we had some bad screens and he said we also re-screen - we gave him 6 of the 8. You think that should be all a company needs to do? Nope not Window Warriors!
