I HIGHLY recommend this cleaning service. This is the best experience I've had in Orlando and I tried out 4-5 other options in the past couple years. Spotless cleaning with a nice touch and followed all directions to a T. 3 people handled a 2-bedroom apartment with utmost care and efficiency. They can do deep cleanings at a reasonable rate, clean balconies, you name it. AND they are excellent communicators, texting me back right away and having availability that made it easy to schedule.

Mariana and her team always do an amazing job cleaning my home! She is very professional and always communicates very promptly. I would highly recommend!

I just started using Machado Services this week and was thoroughly impressed with the team who came to my home. They did a fantastic job and are very reasonably priced in comparison to other companies that I have used.

Just finished my first service. I requested a deep clean and they did not disappoint! Every appliance, wall and small detail was cleaned. The girls were super kind and did a great job, my apartment is shining!

Nati, Jess, Dri, and Lao were wonderful! They came in with warm smiles and immediately got to work. We have five sons, two cats, and a dog so they had their work cut out for them! Each person worked hard and speedily the whole time and the amount of work they completed was truly impressive. I feel like we have a whole new home and a major burden was lifted by having them come. That overwhelmed feeling I had when thinking about deep cleaning our entire home was instantly wiped away just as they wiped away their footprints after they sweetly said goodbye. Definitely calling them again next time! If I could give them ten stars I would!

I started using Machado Cleaning recently and wanted to report that they provided excellent service and did a fantastic job! Nati and Jess came out and were proactive in changing my sheets and went above and beyond to clean things that my previous service did not. I fully endorse them and would recommend this service to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!

I appreciate you getting back to me, however I don’t appreciate you saying things that did not happen.

You never asked for my feedback; you only said that the cleaners found cockroaches and when I asked where, very surprised because I have never seen roaches in the 4 years I lived there, you never answered me back. I am attaching a screenshot of our last text conversation.

You never sent me any pictures. I don’t have anything on my messages or emails.

I never said everything looked wonderful. Nothing looked wonderful, so why would I say that if it didn’t?

You did not respond to my text messages, how do you plan to get my feedback if you never responded back?

I came through a referral, and that has nothing to do with the fact that my experience was completely different than theirs. If you read my review, I think that your cleaning was basic and maybe it was not what I needed; however you provided the quote and I just agreed to what you promised to do. Overall, I think the cleaning was not worth it and this was my personal experience. Not sure why you are mentioning this piece here.

I never asked for a specific type of cleaning; I requested a move out cleaning service and you provided the quote I agreed to. If you needed to come prepared for a different type of cleaning, or needed more time, that is on you to quote and plan accordingly. You directed me to your website for me to read your checklist and it looked exactly what I needed, however, at the end, I did not have any evidence of that, and it felt like half of the promised tasks were not performed. Nothing in my house was washed; I cleaned a handful of spots after your crew left, just with a magic eraser… Maybe our concepts of wash is different, and for that I am giving you 3 start.

Maybe I should have called you when I got back to the unit since you did not respond to my texts, but I honestly did not have the time to take another day off work to have you come over and we had to turn in the unit 3 days after… it was way easier for me to just do it myself, as I would normally do.

I used their services when moving out of my apartment and I wouldn’t use them again. Maybe the quote was incorrect and I needed another type of service, but the unit was very dusty after they left: the light fixtures in the bathrooms and the living room, the ceiling fans, air vents and there were even a couple of spider webs here and there. The backsplash was still dirty, the baseboards in the kitchen and the spare bedroom were dusty as well, and I didn’t notice much of a difference. After they left, I went into the apartment with a magic eraser and some easy off and was able to clean a lot more with minimal effort. My landlord will still be retaining some of my deposit to hire a cleaning service because I don’t really have the tools to clean up the light fixtures and ceiling fans, and I can’t get on top of anything because of an knee injury, reason why I decided to pay someone else to do it for me, but ended up doing a lot myself anyways.

Maybe they are good for a basic wipe down and sweep and mop, but if you need to reset a unit after a move out, I would recommend finding someone else.

Nati & Talitha cleaned our home today and did an amazing job! They were so kind and professional and the house looks better than any other we’ve had in the past 6 years of getting our home cleaned every other week. We appreciate Machado services!

I have tried three other cleaning services, and while they were all nice and friendly, none of them came close to the level of work Machado Cleaners did. I was connected with the by my real estate team at the Pozek Group, and I now completely understand why they are so highly spoken of.

I am in Windermere, and with a six month old baby and two dogs in the house, it is very easy for things to get out of hand and for cleaning to pile up. Machado did an incredible job bringing everything back to a truly clean, refreshed state. The attention to detail was noticeable right away.

I will absolutely be using them biweekly moving forward and am so thankful to have found a cleaning company I can fully trust.

Mint Maintenance was a lifesaver! I had work going on in my house that created a much bigger mess than I expected, and they were able to accommodate me at the very last minute. Silvana was VERY helpful, pleasant, kind, managed the time efficiently..I can't say enough good things about her, I am thoroughly satisfied.
