There's only two of us that live in my house so I booked a two bedroom cleaning since we don't use the third bedroom at all except for storage and it doesn't need cleaned. We really don't even use our second bedroom unless we have a guest coming into town. They called an insisted that they charged me for a three bedroom and then told me they would call their manager about making an exception since they had googled my house to find out it was a three bedroom. They just let me know today, weeks after the initial booking and right before Thanksgiving that they would not be honoring the two bedroom rate. The maid service seems very desperate for the $20 difference. We do not need service to our third bedroom. I will be shopping with someone else. They have lost a monthly customer.

I was looking for a quick booking and found this company via google. They allowed you to schedule/book/pay for your cleaning and did an outstanding job! Staff was friendly, helpful and thorough.

I tried other cleaning services and was not happy with them. I found Extreme Maids online and have used them twice so far. They are reliable do a great job. Will continue to use them.

The single maid did a very good job. We had a deep clean done and having two maids to complete the job. The staff was courteous and respectful.

A few months ago I broke my right (dominant) arm and had surgery. After a couple of weeks of being laid up, I decided to find the best, most affordable cleaning service possible in my area. I googled that very statement and Extreme Maids caught my eye. I went to their website and wrote to them, asking for “help!” I needed a deep clean which included baseboards, ceiling fans, shower unit and other tasks I was unable to perform. To my surprise, for any first clean, they “required” a deep clean and then they provided a long list of additional cleaning extras they offer with pricing included. All I needed to do was choose. To top it off, if I was pleased with their services and I committed to a monthly cleaning, I’d receive 10% off the monthly cost. The team is amazing, professional, efficient, trustworthy, easy to communicate with and I can make plans for them to be here as I always know the schedule, though thankfully they are flexible if necessary. I’m so grateful to walk through and realize how clean my home is with their much appreciated personal touches here and there. I highly recommend Extreme Maid Services. Dependable cleaners that do a great job. They listen to any concerns or instructions about cleaning and are happy to comply. Originally only planned to use them in preparation for surgery and recovery but the work is excellent and fairly priced so I have them regularly scheduled.

Yailin was incredible! She took her time and was very thorough with the deep clean. Everything looked awesome at the end and she even took care of some tasks that I told her not to worry about for fear of it taking too much time, but that did not stop her from getting it all done.
