First class experience from the first inquiry with Justin, til the job was complete. Over the phone quote and discussion of service. Text confirmation of time and day. Follow up text to let you know when they were on their way. Crew (Rob and Matthew) showed up on time and were absolutely amazing. Owner, Aaron stopped by to check on progress and introduce himself. The whole outfit was professional and the work was top notch. I would highly recommend their services to family, friends or anyone looking to level up the aesthetics of their house and property. Our first experience with Powerhouse Orlando Cleaning service was a wonderful. Robert & Anthony arrived on time and cleaned the entire windows of the house inside and out. The driveway and some areas of the house walls were spotless as well.

He took off and put back on the screens. We had some green algae/mold growing on our front windows. They deep cleaned all our windows. Were thorough. We are pleased! Would recommend.

What a scam! Our sales person, Keith S., ghosted us. He actually gave us an unbelievable discount on their gutter system. His initial quote was $26k and he ended up lowering it to just under $6k. That’s the first red flag right there, also considering our house is only about 2,500 Sq.Ft. However he told me that they are required to offer their product at cost if the consumer cannot afford the initial quote. Doesn’t make sense to me but that’s what he said. It seemed like the deal of the century! However, he never ended up installing the gutters. We had a contract drawn up and everything, but apparently he gave us that “fantastic deal” with plans of never following through on his offer. He ended up telling us he couldn’t provide us with the documents that our HOA required. Those documents however were boiler plate/standard things. So fast forward 3 months and we ended up going with Gutters Unlimited (in Clermont, FL) and they were fantastic. And guess what…Gutters Unlimited provided us with the very same HOA documents, that Leaf Filter told us they couldn’t produce, in less than 2 hours.

After researching gutter protection products and talking with people about their gutter protection systems, we decided to explore the LeafFilter product. My initial contact was through the LeafFilter website. Within hours, I was contacted by the LeafFilter team, who set up an on-site meeting with one of their sales professionals, Joel Crews. Joel was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the decision-making process. The materials of the LeafFilter product and the Lifetime Warranty were determining factors.

The installation team showed up on schedule. They were polite, professional, and thorough. The finished product was impressive and the crew cleaned up 100%.

My LeafFilter experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this company to meet your gutter protection needs.

Installed new gutters around house. First rain, water was flowing over gutter like Niagara Falls front and back of house. Person came a week after I called and said there are very small holes for water to drain into downspout and no pitch. Gutter was perfectly level. Is this a gutter installation company? Big enough holes for water to properly drain and putting a pitch on gutter seems to be gutter installation 101. Nope no for this company. 25 year old gutters they took off worked better than what they installed. And they were expensive! Salesman was quick to write business but after that work quality was very poor and getting service to fix the shoddy job takes forever.

Other companies charge for gutter cleaning 900$, these people charge 2700$. Please go to another company like Orlando Seamless Gutters is much better!

This was my second project by LeafFilter. The gutters look and work great. Two years ago I had the home water filtration installed and it is the best . I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend doing business with this company mainly because of service after the sale of which they have none. Read my story before you buy.

I had Leaf Filter install gutter screens in December 2017. The sales guy had product knowledge and a good image. We didn't go for the first few prices he gave us, it's expensive stuff. He later called back and reduced the price some more and I bought.

They were in a rush to get my money and get the screens installed. Inside of a couple of days it seems like.

Here it is 1 and a 1/2 years later. The area I live in had some storms which damaged my roof. I selected a roofer and got a date for tear off and install new shingles. About 3 weeks out. I talked to the roofer about Leaf Filter and he knew them and the gutter screens had to be removed before the roofing crew started. Again in about 3 weeks. The salesman from the roofing company called them that day but couldn't get a removal date.

I called again the next day, still three weeks out. I wanted pricing for removal and re-install of the screens. Again I left a message about what I needed. 2 days and no call back. Called again left message. Needless to say this same scenario continued for three weeks.

Three days ago the roofer salesman came out and removed the screens himself.

Today the roofers finished the job and have left the property but I still don't have anything from Leaf Filter about putting my screens back on the gutters. My wife has called them 2 times today, no response.

The worker showed app on time and completed the job in less than 2 hours.

Even though I have only had one rain episode to judge I was impressed with the customer service, efficiency and expertise of the installer. With oak trees constantly leaving twigs and leaves on the rooftop already I can tell that my gutters are not being filled with debris. From start to finish the salesman and installer were professional , knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Worst customer service ever…… this company just wants to scam people by having them sign a contract ……. We had a person come out July 25 gave us an estimate for a gutter installation on our home which is 1650 SqFt. The person (Larry) who gave the estimate was charging us 7,800.00 , this person told my husband to secure this price he had to sign a contract never explained if we didn’t than go through their company we would have cancellation fees & etc. , what was stated was to sign the contract to hold the price. That same day I texted Larry and told him we were shopping around because 7K was not in our budget he than offered to lower it to 6,800.00. I told him I would get back to him in two weeks because we wanted second opinions. All of a sudden 4 days later there company shows up at my property ready to install the gutter system when I NEVER agreed on their services which all proof is in text messsges. I reached out to company the person I spoke to asked for my messages between Larry & I because apparently he scheduled the installation . It is now August 9th Larry texts me this morning saying his boss makes him put a scheduled date on all contracts (even though this was supposedly to secure the price not actually schedule or proceed with their services) he asked if he can reschedule for in 30 days, I advised him we had our gutter installation done by another company he asked what company than all of a sudden their company contacts me saying when can they come to pick up the cancelation fee of 1,900.00 when this same female knew we have never agreed to their services when I told her from the time Larry had us sign the document that he had said it was to secure the price , in other words we shouldn’t have listened to Larry their employee , we should have read the document , & going by the other reviews left on this company I see this same issue happening others are signing the contract & than being held liable because they have employees not doing their job properly only trying to scam people. This is not professional, shop around before even getting a estimate from this company.

Just had William Douglas to check out the gutters that I thought was leaffilters problem but after a long careful look he said it was all installed properly it was just to many leaves from all my oak trees there was nothing he could do. Thank you William for being so nice and knowledgeable. Leaf filters is lucky to have you. Sorry my little dogs didn't like you!!!!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Waste your time or $$ with this company - if you live in the Windermere or Gotha Florda area take your business elsewhere. This company assured me they would clean gutters, relevel and seal with 50 year sealant before installing the leaf filter product. My gutters leak now more than they did before this company touched my house. Customer service is lacking as well. Do not waste your time or $$ here. They will sell you on "Hey we had spare material from a commercial job we are finishing up if you sign up today you can get is cheap" Save it.....go elsewhere.

Long story short their salesman lied to me about the color of the filters I was expecting bronze and got metallic. I don’t like the way they look and the company has done nothing about it but ignore my messages! Don’t trust them!

It seems like a promising product, but if they can’t manage the appointment process properly, I have serious doubts about their ability to handle the actual installation. Given that all the leaf litter numbers lead back to the same company, I’ll be exploring other options.

We had Leaffilter install our gutter protection in 2017 and the mesh covering the gutters fills with leaves and dirt so the water just flows like a waterfall over the gutter. I called Leaffilter and had terrible customer service, with no return calls, managers calling and never showing up for appointments. They wanted $ 250.00 to change out the mesh covering to the newer design. So much for Lifetime Warranty and great customer service. One of the managers called a said he would do the work on the side for $ 100.00 but it would void the warranty. It seems the company is poorly managed and has a management staff that will do side work not approved by the by the company and that will void the warranty. We have decided to not change out the mesh and really don't want anything to do with this company and the No CUSTOMER SERVICE and over charging customers. Buyer's beware of Leaffilter and their poor customer service and unscrupulous managers.

The salesman promises 100pct excellent workmanship. They didn't even clean out the gutters. It's been 2 years already and debris still come out of the gutters. I understand worker's are under payed and over worked.
