I happened to come across this company by chance. Our HOA requires all roofs to be kept clean and well maintained.. This company was cleaning the roof of my front door neighbor; Since I also had plans to clean my roof and pressure wash the driveway and the area in front of my home for the coming holidays, I began watching the guy who was doing the job to see how well he cleaned my neighbor's roof.. In the past I have hired other companies to do this work and most of them would quickly spray the chemical randomly over the roof and sort of work in a hurry, without actually taking time for details or making sure the roof was well cleaned; The last time I had my roof cleaned I actually had to call the company I hired back twice because they had missed many areas. When I saw the way Miguel (the worker of H20) would literally stand and walk all along on the tip of the roof and calmly sprayed and made sure every area of the roof was well covered with cleaning solution, I could see Miguel's dedication in making sure the job was well done an thorough. I waited until Miguel had finished (it took him about 2-1/2 hours to clean the roof) to see how well he did his job and how well the roof looked.. The job was very thorough and you could see NO spots were missed nor 'marbled' areas that would indicate that areas had not been properly cleaned.. He did a great job!.. I went up to him and asked for a quote; surprisingly the price he gave me was way better than others that I have hired for this kind of work.. I hired him on the spot.. I was literally so happy with how well he had cleaned my roof and my front driveway that I actually told him I would write this review.. Miguel was punctual, respectful and very professional.. he was open to any questions I had, and before he left he made sure I was happy with his work .. If you need to clean your roof, or driveway and you want a job WELL DONE, hire this man and this company!!.. The price is right, and the service is great!.
