Im very picky with who I do business with, especially because many companies don't keep their word. After researching many companies and getting 3 quotes, which included Liam Pressure Cleaning, I decided to go with LPC because of all the great recommendations. I must say that Rudy exceeded my expectations;1. He was on time, 2. Very professional 3. Very personable and easy to talk to 3. Very honest 4. Good price. If you need pressure cleaning of your property. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Had a soft wash done on my home a couple days ago. Rudy (the owner) was very pleasant and his work is outstanding. I am VERY meticulous and couldn't find ANY flaws in his work. I also respect the fact that when I asked him about possibly performing another service, he was honest and told me that it was something that I didn't need to have completed right now. Some other companies would've gladly let me believe that I needed that work done NOW and would've charged me accordingly. I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

Liam had done work for my neighbor and friend and I hired him to do work in our association because I was so impressed with the work he did.

Where do I begin. I received Rudy’s contact information from a friend. I reached out to him on a Saturday for an estimate for pressure washing my entire home exterior, front entryway pavers, pool deck, driveway, and sidewalk. He was very professional and set up a meeting, at my convenience, two days later on a Monday afternoon. He provided me with a very reasonable quote and had the job done by early Wednesday afternoon. He even sent me pictures upon completion, to show me the finished results because I was at work.

I am beyond impressed with this young man and his entrepreneurial spirit. His attention to detail and pride in his work shows through with the exceptional cleaning results. I am the original owner of my home and it is 21 years old. He has the entire exterior looking like move-in day 2000!! My home is gleaming and I am super pleased with the results and fresh curb appeal. I now know that there is a difference between pressure WASHING and pressure CLEANING. Rudy was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He walked me through the entire process of how he was going to pressure the driveway and sides of the home. He also explained the causes of the mold and mildew buildup. Rudy arrived on time on the days of the estimate and the cleaning. My wife and I really appreciate is work and professionalism. Once he completed the job, I was pleased with the results. He even cleaned the sidewalk which was not part of the original whole house pressure cleaning quote, not to mention his professionalism. I will be looking to use him again for any future services.

This is my second experience with Liam Pressure Cleanin . First time was side walk and curbs amazing. They looked beautiful. Today I had Rudy come back and pressure wash the back patio, windies and screens and the under lip of the roof. Everything looks amazing once again. Prices are great. Punctual and professional and pleasant to interact with. Rudy pays great attention to detail and talks through the whole process and ensures your satisfied with the work prior to departure. Rudy is reliable. He arrived on time to see what needed to be done and gave us a quote immediately for pressure washing and resealing our brick pavers. His work is impeccable! I have to say, Liam Pressure Cleaning is a 5 star outfit. I was walking to my house and saw Liam Pressure Cleaning working on the roof of the house just across the street. Both cleaners politely waved as I passed by. I stopped and looked at the roof and could clearly see how clean it was on one side. I took the number down and asked for an estimate. Next day, I received an estimate and had the roof cleaned and exterior of the house washed the next week. My 8 year of house looks brand new again. I strongly recommend Liam Pressure Cleaning. The owner is the most professional young man you will ever meet. This world would be a lot better if we had more people like him. Although animal cage cleaning is not a service Rudy offers, I knew he had the ability to get it done and without hesitation he informed me that it's not what he does but he'd try.
