2 women came for deep clean small apartment didn’t even have to clean the bedrooms, we’re here less than 2 hours and didn’t even put dishes away, wipe refrigerator, walls around trash can, under microwave, shelves next to front door, didn’t even wipe out empty dog bowls or anything. Charged $200 for less than 2 hours. I’m literally shocked!

Everyone I spoke with—from the owner to the two ladies who came to clean—was incredibly kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and respectful approach.

However, I did pay $298.41 for a deep cleaning, and unfortunately, the level of detail I expected wasn't met. There were a few areas that were overlooked—such as under the area rug, the inside of the toilet bowl (when lifted), and the windows. I had pointed out some of these during the service, but they still weren’t addressed. The team seemed a bit rushed, and as a result, the cleaning didn’t feel as thorough as I had hoped.

After doing a full walkthrough with my husband, we ended up hiring another company who delivered the level of detail we expected.

That said, I do believe this company has potential, and with a bit more attention to detail—especially for deep cleaning services—they could do very well. Wishing the team all the best as they continue to grow!

I called the last minute and was able to have two fabulous ladies clean a very messy house of an old single guy who is in the hospital and coming home this week. The bathrooms are sparkling clean now and the kitchen and refrigerator and microwave are like new. Definitely will use this company for regular cleaning now. Thank you!!!

I was recommended to hire them for their services from one of the residents at the apartment I reside. I was skeptical because I never hired someone to clean for me but I said to myself I’ll give it a shot. From the day of me scheduling a cleaning they were super professional and absolutely nice. She described to me each services they provide in detail and very thorough.

On the day of the cleaning l, the cleaners came on time. I was still at work when they completed.

When. I got home all I can do is shocked 🤯! Instantly smiled because you can actually tell the difference. Their work was superb and definitely surpass my expectations.

Agatha and the team at fragrance cleaning are the best. The service is professional and courteous and I am highly satisfied every time they clean my home. Just the cleaning alone would be worth the price but all of the little touches like folding the toilet paper and arranging my daughter's stuffed animals are icing on the cake.
