I had some overgrown hedges and palm trees in the front yard. Joseph and his team did a great job trimming them back. I am very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them.

Staff is responsive and easy to communicate with (in terms of scheduling, etc.). You're always gonna get a real live person on the phone. Staff is friendly and does a thorough job.

I was looking for a new lawn care service (the previous one no longer included my area) and it was becoming challenging to say the least. I needed fairly high grass cut in the front, clean up and mainly weed eating in the back. Came across Reliable in my search, went through the reviews and website then reached out. The website is very well put together and simple to navigate. I submitted an online booking request and the owner, Joseph, contacted me back in less than 24 hours. Booking was straightforward and easy with reasonable pricing. My original appointment had to be changed to the next day due to heavy rainfall. The workers who arrived were nice young men. My backyard is not accessible with a riding lawnmower which was an oversight during the booking process. I didn't realize they wouldn't already come with a push mower. They completed the job however I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work and they accidentally ran over the sewer drain cap with the riding mower. I reached out to Joseph and he contacted me back the next day. He reviewed the pictures I sent and discussed my concerns. Joseph had them return within 2 days and complete the job again to my satisfaction. We also agreed to a fix for the drain cap. Joseph was receptive and easy to work with. I appreciate the diligent customer care and quick fix to ensure a happy customer. Not every experience will be perfect but the level of commitment to reliable service by a respectful and engaged owner can make all the difference and Joseph embodies that.

Buyer beware – unlike other Lawn services. These people will charge you a fee for quotes or cancellations. I initially tried them on a small job including Pressure Washing my driveway. Was in the ballpark of other quotes I had. Thought I’d give them a try for taking on my entire landscaping needs for my yard. Should’ve done more homework. Check out the reviews on Reddit. These people are super expensive and apparently have lousy reviews everywhere else.

We had a flood in our bathroom that required for our ceiling to be replaced along with the flooring in our upstairs bathroom. They were Amazing! Detailed review: I called the owner Joseph late on a Sunday evening, with a very urgent need to get my very overgrown backyard done ASAP. Joseph was able to quickly give me a very reasonable estimate within minutes of sending him the details he needed and he was able to get his crew out there the very next day. The work they did was immaculate and they even went above and beyond by taking care of the front yard for me free of charge.

I’m almost upset that my new place has lawn maintenance included otherwise I’d have signed up for regular service in a heartbeat. A huge thanks to Joseph, the lawn technician who did the work Doug, and the entire Reliable Lawn Services team!

I spoke with Joseph who made it simple by accepting photos of my backyard and upon reviewing the photos he provided me with an estimate. I was quoted a very fair price and booked the company's services immediately. They came by and took care of everything, as discussed. Such a simple and easy experience!
