This store is always clean and organized and fast check out

Landscaper was rude and in such a hurry he's running the mower as if it's a race in yard work. He zooms around the yard not even considering the people and animals on or down low. The guard is tied up on his mower so rocks and debris come flying like shrapnel from his mower. When tried to show he acts deaf and zooms away.
Very interesting to say the least when it comes to safety. -

The service was horrible at the bank I worked at. We had to call baker instead they did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. When called in and complained , manager had no sympathy and No customer service what’s so ever . Would not recommend

I would do no stars. My dad had a sprinkler company and these people are the worse. We are stuck with them until there contract runs out. Shame on them.
-
They don't follow instructions, my child does a better job then these grown sorry men, what I call boys. The whole idea of what is still carol king in my eyes is do your worst and dont do better tomorrow. Sales man know this and try to look professional as a bithlo boy. Foreman's are as sorry as any Ive ever seen. Not sure why the emerged to make this new company.

Our Account Manager, Chris Thalasinos, has only been on property for a few weeks. In that short amount of time, he has won over many residents who have been unhappy with work previously done in our community. He communicates with passion and understanding - treating each individual's needs with enthusiasm and compassion. We are grateful to have this horticultural professional serving our neighborhoods!

Juniper is plagued with failure after failure to maintain our community’s landscaping needs because of their poor centralized oversight.
The disconnect between representatives in their call center and field based employees at Juniper is as stark as it gets. Dead grass, broken irrigation, dying sod on pallets to replace said grass, overreactions to minor issues, no action to large issues, tickets closed multiple times by call center reps without action by field based techs, and or no response at all are each descriptions facing our 500+ home community on a broad and consistent basis over the last 3 years.
The only thing Juniper is consistent with, is rotating their field supervisors on an ongoing basis from one community to another. It’s an intentional strategy that provides cover for Juniper to hide their incompetencies.
Our community has quite literally witnessed hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted because of plantings that have died because of mishandling by Juniper.
I’m confident Juniper, one day, will become the poster child on an investigative documentary that highlights how builder managed HOA’s can go terribly wrong through negligence of the landscaping companies they hire…
