Arrived at the condos behind our apartment at 2:45am to empty dumpsters. I'm pretty sure we aren't the only people that were woken up at this ungodly hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was super excited to use this company for a dumpster rental. They provided a quick quote and were very professional when i first called, the day of delivery went down hill and I was pretty disappointed. I was supposed to get a dumpster delivered in the morning but the morning passed by and still no delivery, the communication was not there at all, they had no idea what time the dumpster was going to be delivered after calling a few times to find out and I ended up having to find another company to deliver.

Lindsey is always so responsive and quick to help whenever I have an emergency on my construction sites. Orion helps keep my sites clean and manageable. Best waste management company I have ever used.

Jimmy Chalk has been our rep with Orion Waste for quite some time and he is always very responsive and accommodating to our requests. It's difficult to find the professionalism and attention provided by Orion Waste. I highly recommend using the company for any waste removal needs.

Had to give one star relecutantly. We had cancelled our service since end of Feb 2023. Per their contract we had given a written non renewal notice, via certified mail at request of Drew Velentino their area sales manager. To date, they have not picked up their container and continue billing us. Drew never bothers to return phone calls nor emails. Pompono office does not respond either. All they say is call and speak to Drew. We have already got another vendor since March 01, 2023. Someone higher up at Coastal please help!

Stay away from this company. They send email in pretext of name and billing address verification and make consumer to sign service agreement without disclosing terms and conditions on agreement. They are good at unfair business practices.I will report this to florida department of agriculture and consumer services as well federal trade commission.. Have u ever seen 5 year service agreement for garbage service.?? At least they should learn from competitiors how to do business. They charge franchisee fee on invoice as well price hike every few months. I compared their price with other reputed company atleast 35% more price. Unfortunately zero star is not option. Republic services charges $157 for same service while coastal waste recycling charges $205.

I'm an accountant in Orlando. I contacted Bob MacQueen regarding Orion's commercial services and pricing for one of my client's. Bob returned my call within 30 minutes and he was very thorough and professional. I would definitely refer Bob and Orion to any of my clients.

As a construction manager it’s nice to know when you have an issue you can pickup the phone call Lindsey and it’s handled. She listens and is understanding of the issue and always CHecks in to see if we are good or if we need assistance. Responds quickly with answers and is always on it ! She is an asset Orion and your lucky to have her !

We have had a 30 Yard container now for almost a month. I called and spoke with Lindsey Erickson on a Friday and she had the dumpster there the following Monday by 8am! She has provided awesome customer service, I am very pleased with the experience so far.

We still have the container as the project is taking longer than expected. But I highly recommend this Company (try and get Lindsey as your rep if you can she's great) If anything changes I will update my review!
