I had high hopes for this company as they were referred to me by a friend. I've been using them for several months and I swear my yard is the worst it has ever been. I contacted Paul a couple months ago and he never got back with me. Based off the other reviews, they must have sold the company to someone else.

Termite Lawn and Pest, is not only a very professional company but also very reliable. Vern is great, always a pleasure to see him in our Office. Keep up the good work.

Eric at Termite Lawn and Pest has been wonderful to work with at my home in Baldwin and now Sevilla! They are very prompt and friendly. Whenever I have a problem, the company addresses it right away. Recently, we did the mosquito treatment and it's so nice to be outside without getting eaten by bugs. I recommend!

5/10/24 workers at my house found “termites” . I called Orkin and the sales guy “Technician” came, he saw the “termites” and wanted to sell me an expensive 5 years termite free warranty program with the initial application to kill all of them. I was not convinced because of course I’m on a budget. I called Termite Lawn and Pest, Erik came and inspected the house in and out and told me: There are not termites, they are 🐜 just ANTS! These guys are honest to the teeth, and that is very hard to find in a company these days. THANK YOU

I've never used a pest control company before, of course I thought I could do it on my own but I had some serious concerns about termite activity and ants. Kirk came out on first visit and did a good inspection of areas then treated, he explained everything in detail. I had a reoccurrence of ant activity and I called prior to my quarterly treatment so he could check, Kirk came out immediately and checked and took care of my concerns, and educated me on what to look for and to call even if it's prior to my scheduled service. That's what I liked best, they truly care that my services are at its best and that customer service detail is key. Thank you for making me feel a valued customer!

I can't say enough about Kirk. He came to do a termite inspection for us when we were under contract for a house and his knowledge about bugs and critters was incredible. Sometimes it seems that companies try to use scare tactics to get your business, but that wasn't the case with Kirk. He was straight-forward and honest about the issues he saw, and thank goodness we called him, because there were problems that we weren't aware of that steered us away from purchasing once he pointed them out. Paul does an amazing job! We had a "bit of problem" with roaches transiting from the neighbors unit to ours. Bumped into this guy randomly outside as he was finishing another unit and got his business card. Called him for an appointment and the first time he fumigated the problem has been gone without any randoms creeping by. Love the service and the products they use, as it never stinks of pesticides when he is finished. 1,000,000% RECCOMMENDED!
