I highly recommend this company, for the wonderful service they give. They came out the same day I called them for an estimate, and said they would be out by 8:00 the next morning. They are fast workers and very particular about cleaning up afterwards.
They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied before they left here, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

This is by far the best tree service in Orlando. The price was unbelievable and they gave us a offer that you couldn’t deny. Micheal and his team gave all there effort to cut down our tree. They cut the tree up and take it away for you without any hassle of waiting for the waste management to take it away. I highly recommend them to all friend and family when they need a tree service.🌲

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I came home this afternoon to find the top half of a large sycamore tree had broken off from the top and was leaning dangerously over my house. I called A to Z...they sent someone out to my house within the hour, and then shortly thereafter, brought an entire crew to take care of the situation. They were extremely hard workers. Not only did they complete the job within hours of my calling them, they cleaned up every leaf and twig off my lawn and driveway in the area of the broken tree. I would hire them again in an instant.

They just removed a large problem tree for our church and did a pretty awesome job! They provided all necessary paperwork and the men were professional, timely, reasonable, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves fairly well. We will be using them again for our next tree!

A-z tree service crew was very professional. Came on time. Worked 13 hours non stop hurricane prepping 5 big old oak trees on our property. Cleaned up all the mess and left. Will highly recommend. Price was reasonable. Will definitely call them for future projects.

This team worked HARD to accomplish what was proven to be a very challenging job at our property. We had one uprooted tree that had already fallen, and 2 trees that were unhealthy and unsafe. It was a big job. They cut and removed them, they were meticulous and they worked tirelessly to be sure we were happy at the end of the day. This isn’t easy work. And they did an outstanding job. I would absolutely recommend them, and I’m very grateful they were recommended to us! They are GOOD guys and the hardest workers ever. They’re a wonderful team.

My mom asked me to find the right company to remove our big old oak tree (Lots of good memories:) ).
Since our previous experience was bad I started my search focusing on safety and professionalism!
After contacting several companies I came across A to Z tree removal, Michael was very good in listening to my needs (scheduling) and explaining the process of removing big trees.
2days later Michael showed with his crew and in a rapid time while keeping all safety requirements they took the tree down,
The crew was super clean, polite and very respectful to us and our property.
I’m highly recommending to all who would like to have a great job and contractor for life!

This is actually Recovery Empire Towing, NOT A to Z Services. Called for a tow that went from $199 to almost $1,000 and by then, they had already completed the tow. There are extra charges for everything and on top of that an additional 10% fee for using your credit card. I would not recommend this company to anyone, for anything.

$289 hook up fee, the only reason they got my money is because every other location was unavailable. Can find a cheaper alternative anywhere else.

Told the tow truck owner that the pipe to the muffler broke and was dragging, proceeds to turn on my car and back up, so glad that I duck tapped my muffler to the pipe before he got there or he would of made a terrible situation even worse.

I really wanted to like these guys, I really did. I had a good convo with one of the owners. The other one try to bully me with a lawyer and took 0 ACCOUNTABILITY. They did more harm then good. A 2600 job at first turned into a 3300 job. The lawn is wrecked from a bobcat thing they have, shredded my tenants cord that was sitting next to the house somehow and my driveway was already slightly cracked but made it 2 times worse with that thing. On top of all that my tenants said they heard thumping on my roof like branches and trunks were falling on there. I KNOW my roof was in good condition because I walk up there all the time to clean it (i'm the landlord and maintenance guy) I have to go check on it now. Honestly I'm really upset. I should get a lawyer myself or bring them to court but, I feel like it wouldn't be worth the time.

You did not complete the job, left a big mess on my front yard and the street. You damaged my roof and you are not willing to provide your insurance for it.

Update: Owner just responded I had no money, which is utter nonsense. If that is true, I won't be staying where I am plus there are better ways of getting paid than leaving a mess, which really doesn't make sense. I do not typically give poor reviews but this is one exception. Just beware, everyone!

Michael and his team did an excellent job trimming my palm trees. I highly recommend him. He arrived on time, his team worked diligently and cleaned up before leaving. My trees were in dire need of trimming and Michael made sure they were trimmed to perfection. I am very happy with his service.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A MASSIVE HEADACHE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I TOOK THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WON AND HE Michel the owner paid that day but again tried to lie in court stating I told him not to come back to my property to finish the job. Then he told the judge i hired someone else to finish the job. REALLY? WHY would I hire someone else after I paid you to do the job which was around 1,900. Do yourself a favor pay the 185 or something to file the paper work in clerk of court civil and 40 dollars to serve him papers. This guy is a crook and unethical. I am still upset how he treated me and this happened around Covid. I am just updating my review. VERY IMPORTANT he will say if you pay by credit card there is a 10% fee or you can pay by Zelle or cash with no fee. But once you pay by Zelle and if you have a problem with this company you cannot dispute the charge. I learned my lesson on that one. So please do not use this company. I warned you all!!

I WILL GIVE YOU GUYS THE SHORT VERSION. We hired A to Z to cut down 2 pine trees. One of the trees was not cut down the same day due to the powerlines obstructing the tree. Michael the owner stated that we need to contact our power company so they can come out and cut the top part of the tree which is the part that's near the powerlines and then they would come back and cut the rest. After the power company came to cut down the top part of the tree I contacted A to Z. On three different occasions someone was suppose to come out and cut down the remaining part of the tree and never showed up. The owner started to yell at us because we told him that he did not finish the job and kept giving us excuses. I just pray to God because I cannot believe people like this can just try to take your money and not do the job that you paid and hired to do.. I read the BBB and similar people are having the same problem with this company. The owner stole our money and he is so unprofessional. I had to hire someone else to cut down the remaining part of the tree and haul it away. God does not like ugly. I will speak to the correct place to get this resolved. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. . The bottom picture shows how they took a bobcat in my yard and destroyed it and we did not authorize them to do that. The tree that's in the picture the power company hired asplundh tree service to cut the top part of the tree because it was close to the powerlines. All A to Z had to do is cut down the remaining part of the tree and take away the debris and never did and we had already paid them in full.

I've had my share of tree services over the years. This team was fantastic - from quote to clean up. The entire team was professional, courteous, and safety conscious - they wore safety hats - which I don't always see with residential tree services. Josh took the time to locate our sprinklers and sewer line before starting the job. Not a leaf, twig, limb remained - the clean-up was great. Very efficient team - showed up on time and laser focused on the job. Josh ensured we had mutual understanding of the expectations for the job at the start, during and at the finish. Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing experience working with Josh at Groskey's Tree service. After hurricane Milton I had a large tree blow over during the storm. Josh was able to come out the same day as i called to give an estimate, and was back out in under two weeks to have the tree removed! He even went above and beyond by removing a large log from my neighbors yard that I was made aware of after he gave an initial estimate. I would recommend Groskey Tree service to any of my friends and family, and will be using them again in the future for other tree work. Thanks again Groskey Tree Service!!

Josh with Groskey’s Tree service is fantastic!!! I’m a returning customer and knew he was the only one to call to get the job done! He came out on a Monday to give me a quote and by Wednesday he was at my home. Very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and completely cleans up after the job. I also had some issues with a root that was affecting my pool deck and while I was unsure how to go about it, I asked Josh and not only did he find the problem he gave me various options and advice about how to fix it. Not everyone would be willing to help you out with something you didn’t previously discuss before passing you off to someone else. Great family business and customer service. It’s businesses like these that make you keep coming back. Highly recommend.
