I am more than pleased with the team that came out to take down two trees. One was a 35’ Mango tree that had been planted on the side yard by the original owners of our residence. The other was a goood sized maple tree that had grown into the power lines. I watched them carefully because we had a different tree taken down by a different company and crew several years ago that wasn’t a good experience. I am glad to report the J Trimming crew were professionals from start to finish. They enjoyed their roles and their smiles were comforting because each step was done the right way. However, I saw several additional points of a personal attention that demonstrated they were working as if the tasks were for their own home. It’s those little things that make me thankful that their we my crew even if only for a few hours.

We hired J Trimming Tree Service LLC to trim several palms. Unfortunately, one mature palm was over-trimmed and declined quickly after the service, eventually dying. It was very disappointing since the palm had been healthy for many years.
That said, after we raised the issue and provided arborist estimates, the company did take responsibility and ultimately covered the removal and full replacement . The process took some time and communication but they did correct it.I appreciate that they made it right in the end.

Great friendly service. Very nice written detailed proposal. They sent me their certificate of insurance the moment I asked. They arrived early (7:15) with all their equipment and removed a 27 year old large oak tree and two palm trees. Once they were finished I asked them to clean up a few more rubelini palm trees and they pruned them very nicely. Once they left all was clean like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them. I shopped around and their pricing was very competitive.

After getting some quotes, I decided to give the company a shot and boy they did not disappoint. They were able to fit me in their schedule for the same day and their quote was at least 40% less than some others I got. They guys were quick and efficient. It was quite impressive watching them work. I would hire them again and will absolutely recommend. Photos were before and after.
