I have been using Pro Backyard Pool since January 2023 and my only regret is not going to them sooner. I switched from a chain retail service and Pro Backyard is immensely better. Competitive pricing, my pool is now immaculate, and they email a weekly report with photos and services performed. They are always quick to notify me of any damage (leaks, pump, etc.) and provide high quality work. I cannot recommend them enough.

highly recommended. I have an open pool and you may know what's the disadvantage of it. But pro backyard pool service always making sure that's its taking care off. They check everything and put chemicals if needed. If something is wrong with the pool even its not the cleaning schedule you can always approach them and someone will come and check the problem. I never had this experience from my previous service. Thank you for the service and highly recommended.

This pool cleaning company is excellent to work with. We have used them for over two years for weekly cleaning and maintenance on my large saltwater pool at my rental house.

Each week when they clean, they email pictures of the clean pool and filter. They also help with pool repairs and maintenance as needed. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the continued service from Pro Backyard. We had a great experience at the start and then started seeing the service slack even after requesting specific services like vacuuming and checking the filter which should be done each time anyways and we began to get frustrated. We did fall behind on a payment at one point and then the service was cancelled but we paid same day and notified them of the payment and got a response but we were forgotten about and didn’t get put back on the schedule again and then they also changed our scheduled days for cleaning without any notice of the change other than when they didn’t show up. We ended up having to buy $100+ worth of equipment just to make the pool swimable and then they still didn’t do the little bits we couldn’t do yet. We would receive pictures of the pool without having done anything at all just taking credit for the work we had put in to maintain the pool ourselves. The pool pump system is now clogged due to their lack of doing anything and must now hire someone to come deal with that. Then we reached out to try with hopes they would make this right with the stipulation that we would cancel since there’s already been so many issues and there was nothing they were willing to do to make this right and keep us as a customer. We do not recommend this company to anyone as they will bait and switch and obviously do not care about the customer.

Jon was great and easy to talk to. He gave me a lot of education on both my pool and how to care for it as well as the services offered. Overall, I had a great experience and didn't feel pressured at all. While I'm not current using a pool cleaning service, Pro Backyard Pool Service will be my first call when the time comes.
