John and Nicole have been great. Since my first call, they’ve been professional and prompt with their messaging/quotes/cleanings. They listened to my concerns and are working to address a couple problems with my system. I have them set up for weekly maintenance and they are already 10x better than my previous company. They provide updates when they are on the way, give a detailed report of each visit (including pictures and chemical analysis), and provide recommendations to address any concerns they see. I would highly recommend them!

We recently hired Veritas Carpet Cleaning to tackle our tile and grout and we could not be more impressed. I really needed the floors cleaned after an individual moved out of my home. Art was so accommodating and was able to schedule me an appointment rather quickly. He did an excellent job on cleaning the tile floors. He was actually so wonderful that I asked them to come back out and clean the carpet. David came this time and did a fabulous job as well. I will definitely use them again and will be letting family and friends know about their professionalism, accommodating nature and fantastic results!!! Will be a repeat customer.

I called on short notice to have all of our carpet cleaned (5bd/5bth stairs etc..) They were there the next morning promptly at 8am and the job was simply awesome. the floors looked great when they were finished and we got several comments on them over the next week from friends. The team was communicative throughout the process with confirmation of technician dispatch and completion pictures and simple invoicing. I will use them again and again without hesitation. Sometimes companies do a great job and they deserve your business, this is one of them.
