TERRIBLE SERVICE! At first they told us they couldn’t clean which isn’t good if You have to move out in a couple hours and we got lucky they decided to actually provide us with the service even then we had to help him carry the machine up the stairs and after everything the guy clogged our bathtub! Would definitely NOT recommend

I was happy with the cleaning of my sectional. Two guys showed up - one was in training. They spent an hour doing the cleaning. Made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

I own a small rental condo that the tenants absolutely destroyed. I thought I'd have to replace the carpeting along with replacing everything else, but decided to try cleaning to see if it was salvageable. Xavier and Freddie came out and did an AMAZING job.
I don't typically write reviews, but these guys deserve praise. The carpeting in the condo had not been even vaccumed in a year, AND they clearly had a pet that urinated on it. These guys took the time to do the best job they possibly could, and incredibly, they got most of the stains out! It's not like brand new, but no longer disgusting. You just can't go wrong hiring them, and the price was very reasonable!

The person who cleaned my sofa and loveseat did an excellent job. He was careful with the machines and he cleaned up everything before he left. I will recommend your service to my friends and family/

If I can give a zero score I would because that’s the service I received. I scheduled a cleaning service today and someone was supposed to come to my apartment between 9-11am. When no one showed up I called to do a follow up, I was told by a customer service rep that someone did come by at 9am and that they stayed outside for an hour. They mentioned they tried to call me and left me messages, yet I had no missed calls and no messages. They also mentioned they left a note on my door, there was no note on my door yet me being home the entire time.

What a waste of time this was.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Toucan Cleaning.

Initially we were concerned about possible stains on our carpet, and what the extra charges would be to do additional work on them. (Some places may charge up to $10-$12 / spot) Toucan told us that their technicians were professionally trained, and most of what WE THOUGHT were tough stains should come out WITHOUT the need to do additional spot removal work. If additional chemicals and spot removal work were needed, we were told it would cost ONLY $4 / SPOT. We were very pleased.

As they anticipated, all the stains came out at the hands of their trained tech WITHOUT having to charge for additional work.
