Thanks for doing such an amazing job Tina. I was skeptical about hiring someone to come do the cleaning job but I am so glad I hired you all. Breathe Maids was on time, friendly and did a wonderful work!

I contacted this service for a move out clean. I was able to complete scheduling online quickly and easily. The customer service was great once I was contacted to go over the cleaning details. I gave 3 stars because of a couple of things. The shower was not cleaned properly. I have a glass shower and none of the glass was cleaned. Also, I left the A/C at 75 degrees. The cleaners put it at 61 degrees and left it running after they left which I did not find out until I went to go check the home a few days later. My attic was accessed for some reason and they did not replace the entry door in the ceiling. The refriugerator was part of the cleaning and still had spots of spilled items that were not cleaned. Also, they ask you if you want to tip PRIOR to the service. I selected to tip them, but wish I had not. Will not use them again.

I just had my first cleaning with Breathe Maids, and I’m seriously impressed! The cleaner, Sarah, was fantastic—she showed up right on time, super friendly, and got straight to work.

Service was great. I was a little skeptical at first as I don't typically let random people in the house but Breathe Maids was very professional. They came in and were very efficient made sure everything was spotless. I just had a baby and don't have the time to clean everyday, but BM really helped out a lot. Will be ordering service again.

Wow, Breathe Maids totally blew me away today! The lady who came, think her name was jessica, was so nice and worked super hard. my house is sparkling now—seriously, even the baseboards look brand new, and i didn’t even ask her to do that!

I had Breathe Maids clean my home in Winter Garden, and I’m thrilled! The cleaner, Emma, was so thorough—my kitchen sparkles, and the bathroom looks brand new. She was super friendly and even gave my dog a pat. Booking again!

We paid $300 for what was supposed to be clean maybe a basic clean at best. The person was very nice and professional however, a lot of steps are left and done. And was here maybe 2.5 hours. Left the shutters dirty and rooms no vacuumed. For the rate we paid we were expecting much more. $150 an hour for basic cleaning with one cleaner is way over priced. I ended up spending over 2.5 hours after she left finishing the work. They’re supposed to reimburse me and they never did. (Update they ended up reimbursing my for half the fee)

I would have put no star, but that option was not available. I had knee surgery and was not able to clean my house. The house maid came to my house late the first day. She spent about 6 hours and left. The service was not good. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and attributed it to her being late and with me being at the house, it probably made her nervous. Now the 2nd cleaning, I was not there, but my son was there. I spoke to Chantel (maid) on the phone and told her because it was Christmas, I went and cleaned the house already as therapy for my knee. I only have a few areas left to clean. I wanted her to start with the 2 bathrooms in the house, organize the master closet and clean the fridge until I return home. Breathe Maid came to my house, cleaned 1 bathroom to my satisfaction and left in less than 3 hours. She did not touch the closet or the fridge. When I called Chantel, she told me, “I’m on my way to another job. I called the company and told them what happened. I was told the maid doesn’t do closets and fridge-unless extra is paid and the owner empties it. I asked why didn’t the maid told me that when I gave her the assignment. I explained that the house was already cleaned, and those were the only areas I had left to do. I was told, if only 2 bathrooms were technically cleaned, I would only be charged for those areas, or the company would offer me 30% discount for today’s cleaning, if I stayed with the company. I refused and they charged me the full amount on my card. Breathe Maid is a rip off. I am recovering from surgery and did a better job cleaning than their maid.!!!!! Would not recommend them…
