Not enough great things to say! Mike is absolutely amazing! We found him highly, highly recommended on the “NextDoor” app and he’s just been incredible. Mike helped us relocate our pool pump (flawless) and currently assists us with monthly cleaning. He is always reliable, friendly and so sweet. We highly recommend him!

I've only been with Plaza Aquatica for about a month, but I am super happy with them. I was with Pinch A Penny store # 131 for 17 years and was really happy with them until the owners sold it to someone else. The service really suffered with the new owners. When I contacted Michael (the owner of Plaza Aquatica) as we were discussing my needs he told me he had worked at Pinch A Penny when the 1st owners were there. I knew then that he had been trained correctly and the service would be great. I was right. If you're looking for a company that really cares about their customers and the service shows, talk to Michael. Plus I love to support small business owners.

Michael Rosado over at Plaza Aquatica Pool Service does excellent work. We bought this home and the pool was in great condition and one of the main reasons we decided on this home. Once we found out that Michael was the one taking care of this pool we were grateful that he agreed to continue to service our pool. I highly recommend this company for pool service and maintenance.

Michael is amazing! He came in and took over servicing a dated pool, in a rental where we resided, from someone who was too lazy to treat it properly. It went from green, dirt, and bugs to blue and clean in two days. Unfortunately, we never got a chance to enjoy it since we moved out. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Plaza Aquatica in a heartbeat. They are reliable, responsible, and experts!

Michael has been very professional and communicative. I switched from another pool cleaning service and I wish I had made the switch sooner. The other company would forget to show up WEEKLY and I’d have to remind them to come each week. Very frustrating and not at all how service is supposed to go. They also didn’t have the pool filter settings set up properly so the pool was constantly dirty, even immediately after they’d clean it. Plaza Aquatica was the opposite. They came every week without reminders and Michael fixed the filter situation on day 1. The pool immediately looked cleaner once I made the switch. Unfortunately we are now moving, so I won’t need their services anymore but if I ever get a home with a pool again, I know who to call.

Mike and his crew are always prompt and do an amazing job. He is very friendly and communicates well. Very fairly priced and delivers every time they come clean the pool. Wish I had found these guys sooner. Best pool service in Orlando hands down

Michael came out and did an evaluation on our pool since we just moved to Orlando. I found his services to be honest and price is to be reasonable. Michael even came out and replaced a burnt out pool light on the day and time that he said he would be here. Appreciate the services highly recommend.

Called Plaza Aquatica Pool Service due to a leak at my pool filer. The next day Michael arrived on time, quickly diagnosed issue, and repaired the leak. Outstanding service and knowledge Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Even upgraded my filer to make it easier to repair if it ever leaks again.

Mike has been taking care of my pool for quite a while. He does a great job... dependable and professional. Ever since Plaza Aquatica started taking care of my pool, my life has been better. Michael and his team are great. We recently had an issue with the pool due to all the rain. This is our first time owning a pool. We had issues with another pool company that was very unprofessional and were looking for someone to fix what they couldn't. When I called Michael, he was able to come out same day. He was a breath of fresh air: extremely polite and helpful. He was able to explain to us how everything work, quote us on what he could do, and refer us to another great company to tackle another issue. Great experience with Micheal. He was able to come within 24hours of contacting him. I did a one time cleaning cause I needed it done for my daughter’s pool party. He was very accommodating and taught me a lot about my pool cleaning system. Overall it was a great experience, and if I’m ever in need again I know who to call

Very recently my pool turned green with algae. No matter what I did I couldn’t get it to become clear. Michael came out quickly and literally the next day my pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Old stains were gone, algae was non existent, and my pool never looked better. It was like a miracle for pools.

He also took the time to explain some of my other questions and concerns and how to avoid them in the future.

I highly recommend this company for any pool needs and couldn’t be happier with their service.

Mike is an excellent pool technician. When he came to check my backyard, he immediately identified the problem and explained it clearly. He took the time to show me how to maintain and operate my system properly. He’s very professional, patient, and polite. Mike does his job exceptionally well, and I would gladly recommend him to any of my friends with a pool.
