Josh came by to our home today for a service call. He was very polite and also extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our issue in no time and did not leave a trace of a mess. We were super pleased with Josh and would recommend his service if we should ever need them again. Thanks for everything!

I had the pleasure of having Josh do the repair on our upstairs hvac unit. First off, I would like to say how much I have appreciated all the excellent communication and information Frank, Patrick, and Josh have been so kind to extend to me. I am quickly learning the woes of being a first time homeowner with not one but two busted HVAC systems. Working with their team has allowed me to learn a lot, all while the project was executed in a timely and efficient manner. All three took the time to answer my questions and were patient as I fumbled my way through the process. This three generation, family owned and run business, was a referral from my neighbor. They have more than lived up to their great reference, if not surpassed it. Josh reviewed and answered more of my questions in person regarding the new unit that will be getting installed in about a week. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks to him my upstairs is no longer 80 degrees and is swiftly declining in temperature! Additionally, he went the extra mile to make sure to clean up any mess that may have been made from his work and repairs. That was very appreciated :) The upstairs temperature continues to drop and we will all be sleeping much sounder this evening thanks to Josh’s excellent work. Thank you for you time. After years using one of the “big” ac companies in town, we started noticing diminishing customer service and less qualified technicians each visit. My cousin recommended we try Morsetech and we were not disappointed. Family owned and operated, we immediately saw the difference in their service and care. Knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.
We are now on a maintenance plan with them which is no easy task with 4 units!

Frank found the problem right away and had the replacement parts with him to fix then and there. I am so grateful to have working AC again! I asked him about what basic homeowner maintenance should be done and he was more than happy to teach me, and made sure it was in terms I could understand. Patrick stopped by to give the AC Unit Morsetech installed for us, its annual maintenance service. Always a pleasure to work with these folks, as they provide a high level of customer service, even after the high $$ ticket item they installed a few years ago. It’s also satisfying to support a local College Park business. We highly recommend Morsetech.

Update for April 2025: Our family simply will use ONLY Morse Tech for our A/C needs. Very recently both our son and us have purchased new Trane variable speed systems. The installs went smoothly and once again it was a pleasure to deal with the various members of the Morse Tech team. We have great confidence in this company and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and competently. (Previous post:) A co-worker recommended Morse Tech many years ago and have done service/repair work for my sons. About 5 years back they actually relocated a condenser unit because there was a leak in a line under the slab. And yesterday they relocated another condenser unit at a different home. Josh and Joseph were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional. I have also met Patrick, Frank, and Gayne previously. Based on the totality of all the experiences, Morse Tech is honest and will treat you right. They will provide just what you need and nothing you don't. Michele, who arranges the scheduling, is friendly and pleasant, too. Our current a/c system is now ten years old. When it is time for a change I was absolutely will be contacting Morse Tech.

I made the switch of AC companies to Morsetech two years ago and recommend them HIGHLY. Gayne is amazing. They are professional and know the products. They strive in helping each customer no what the issue and they teach you about your system. They recommend when needed too. In my eyes there is no other company to use. Thank you so much!

I have been using Morsetech for a couple years now to service my existing HVAC system. Frank, Patrick, and Josh have all come to the house throughout the years to do this service and have each been great. They are very professional, take time to explain what they are doing, answer any questions I might have, and also give me an honest assessment. I get good vibes from them that they are generally out here trying to help people make the best decision for their system and specific cases and not just trying to upsell everything for more profit. They will talk through options and help you make the best choice possible.

I just recently had a leak in my unit that they found to be in the main coil. It was a replace for $ service, or get a new one for $$$$$. The unit itself was close to 15 years so we decided to get a new one. I received a quote of different options from Morsetech and they talked through each so I could understand what I was getting for the money. They even warned me of upcoming federal law changes around refrigerant and what to expect on my upcoming purchase and what options I had. Something they could have easily not mentioned at all and been a surprise to me, but again I believe they look out for their customers best interest and go above and beyond to be honest and forthcoming.

The install process for the new unit took a full working day as they expected. Josh and another person came to do the new unit install and overall did a great job. They were very respectful to our house and upfront about what they needed access to and when. They really disturbed us very little and did their own thing in the garage and outside to get the new unit in. They took their time to make sure all pieces were working properly and installed with care to leave the area looking good and clean. I went out during install and saw tools and stuff everywhere, but when they finished they cleaned up everything nicely you could not have even known two guys were working in there all day. Each was very respectful and helpful with any questions we had and Josh spent time when they were finished to make sure I had no questions before he left instead of just asking for money and running. Again it really made me feel good that my money went to quality work and they took their time to make sure I got a unit that can last me as long a time as possible. I will absolutely continue to use Morsetech going forward and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company. I will note it is a smaller company so while they do very good to help emergency situations they are not staffed like the big guys. However, they actually appreciate their customers and do good work which is far more than you get out of any of the big guys basically running HVAC tech labor pools. Best money you can spend on HVAC work will be with Morsetech I promise you.

Our AC capacitor went out and the heat was killing us but they sent Josh over and he fixed it real quick. He arrived on time and was super courteous. We really appreciate our property manager choosing this company to fix our AC!

MorseTech is my favorite service company to work with. They are a family owned business, and treat you with fairness and honesty. I had a great experience using Morsetech to fix my AC unit. My upstairs unit had stopped working all of the sudden so I left a voice message that evening and received a call back the next morning. Josh was able to come out the next day and replace the capacitor. Morsetech is a trustworthy and honest company. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Morsetech is an amazing family run AC component that specializing in trane AC units. I didn’t realize you needed a specific type of person to come work on trane systems. I had been using a general AC person and they were not able to get the units upstairs working. Frank had it working in less then 30 minutes. Was using a window unit for the pump house, Morsetech recommended a mini split. Best decision ever made. The unit is so efficient and extremely quiet and the installation is perfect, looks amazing. Highly recommend Morsetech for any AC needs.
