Just met Josh from MORSETECH Air-Conditioning and you can tell right away he was raised in a family business. I run a family business with my dad too, and the work ethic is the same — respectful, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. Josh knows his craft, explains things clearly, and treats customers the way good family companies always have. Highly recommend supporting this business. They have a customer for life. As a business owner owning JMM Painting, I know a good company when I see one. they were clean, honest and cleaned everything up even gave us a 15% credit because we went on their yearly maintenance plan.

Josh came by to help me today and he went above and beyond. My heating went out during the cold front here in Florida so my apartment had been stuck at 50 degrees. Needless to say Josh was a lifesaver. He was extremely respectful and kind, and diagnosed and fixed the heating problem immediately. He went out of his way to help me find my AC filter, and even cleaned it for me and showed me how and when to clean it moving forward. If you’re looking for efficient, fast, friendly service, I highly recommend this company for any HVAC problems!

Morsetech initially quoted me for a new system (per my request) and the price was the most reasonable I received compared to other servicers. As I discussed my options with them, I decided I'd rather pursue repair of my current system vs. total replacement. They were very open to that change, exceptionally helpful, and quoted me for the work. I felt no undue pressure to buy a new system - they were completely supportive of my change. While here, they were very communicative and ensured they had enough team members for the job. After completion of the work, I signed up for their twice-annual maintenance program. I feel like I've finally found the long-term provider I've been seeking.

This was my very first time replacing the AC unit in my house and they made the process as painful free as possible. They were professional and a joy to deal with.
