The team of professionals at Morsetech is second to none. Quick call backs and wonderful service. I have 2 units from them and they are great. Josh and Charles did the installations and were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Frank and Patrick give easy to follow quotes and Gayne is great too. I highly recommend Morsetech for your AC needs.

It is not often that I say, "Wow! That was excellent customer service." This was something that I said out loud every time I interacted with a representative from Morsetech. Michelle was upbeat and super helpful every time I called the office. Frank made the first visit and tried EVERYTHING to get our heater to work again. Despite his efforts, it was simply time for a new AC/heating unit. Josh came out a few days later to install the new unit with Charles. Josh walked me through everything making sure all of my questions were answered before he left. I cannot recommend the Morsetech team enough. If you're looking for an honest company that treats their customers with respect, stop looking. Call Morsetech.

Air went out on a Sunday and a technician was here Monday at 1. Issue diagnosed quickly and Part replaced within a short time. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and willing to go above and beyond. Will highly recommend!

They've provided prompt, courteous phone calls and knowledgeable staff with a new installation as well with maintaining my older unit. Prices are reasonable and jobs are done right. The technicians called ahead with an arrival time so I could be ready. They were professional and friendly, let me know what to expect, and we’re done quickly with my duct work. When it’s time for a new AC I will be contacting them again!

We had a mini-split installed and couldn’t be happier with the Morsetech team! They arrived on time and install was complete when they said it would be. It was pouring rain outside and the team made sure to put drop cloths down every where they would be working/walking, so they wouldn’t track in water or mud. We have used Morsetech for probably 20 or more years. A family business. We have interacted with at least three generations of Morse's. Always felt we were getting honest, quality treatment. Even calling in to their office for help, I always am very pleased with the response. Recently we needed the entire home system replaced. Joshua and Gayne (sp?) came out to do the install. All went well. Very polite and professional - as I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He handled my original concern and went above and beyond to address minor ones, too. He made helpful recommendations and put my needs first. After several months of searching and comparing product/service/prices in the market, we selected Morsetech Air Conditioning for our new HVAC, and the experience has been awesome!!! Super attentive, honest, knowledgeable, and the price very competitive. The day of the installation everything went smooth, no complications, and they took care of the old unit - all area was cleaned when job was done!

Tech Specialists, Brandon and Gayne, answered all of our questions, they explained and walked us through the installation process, they checked everything twice before leaving the house, and were very respectful at all times.

The Morsetech team went the extra mile to help us on the day after Christmas. Josh did a great job.

The AC quit yesterday, it had been playing up for about a week and I had tried all the standard checks with no joy.
I was recommended to Morse tech by a neighbour. I called their office at about 930 this morning. They said somebody would be with me between 2 and 4pm. 2:10 Patrick (the owner!) was at my door.
Very smart polite and utterly professional. He had my issue diagnosed and we were back up running and blowing cold air in no time at all.
The price was spot on, more than fair. :)
I’ve never used an A/C company that I have been 100% happy with for one reason or another - until today.
Patrick is an Ex Firefighter who served the local community for over ten years and it shines through in his standards and professionalism.
