ABC Cleaning staff showed up promptly, introduced themselves & explained the process thoroughly & answered all my questions. They were friendly & conducted the job quickly & efficiently! They found my vent blocked by screen I had wildlife tech put up to keep squirrel from entering my attic as she was most active & got in twice. Thaddeus showed the 3-4 inch block of lint that had stuck to small screen. So I told him not to replace it & am grateful for the thoroughness of your staff. I highly recommend this company & will use them in the future to keep dryer vent clear! Thank you! Also, customer service rep was equally friendly & knowledgeable! Great team!

I did a lot of research prior to contacting ABC Cleaning. The majority of the reviews were very positive, and I decided to give them a shot. They arrive early and began work. First the job took about 4 hours, very hot as they had to turn off the AC, very noisy, very messy (even after their "cleaning" my wife had to do a mini deep clean to get all of the stuff they missed (on counters, tables, furniture, etc..) and detailed sweeping and mopping of the whole house. I guess not a huge deal for some, but for the price of this service I was expecting "high quality of work". Anyway, that's not the worst thing, even though the work was being done through the garage, one of the workers decided to leave my front door wide open (even after telling them that we had a cat) - that's one of the first things they asked...anyway, my cat ran away due to them leaving the front door open) an inside cat in the middle of a Florida summer afternoon thunderstorm. The cat was lost for several hours and didn't return until after midnight. Needless to say, my wife was devasted and I was extremely frustrated with their carelessness. The main technician assured me that he would include the lost pet situation in his "notes" but the next morning they called me for payment and the lady I spoke with was unaware of what had happened. On top of that, they wanted to charge me an additional 4% even when using a "debit card" which is essentially cash. I ended up mailing a check as I refused to pay an extra 4%. I hope than from a work perspective the work performed was acceptable, but the overall experience was not a positive one. Me personally won't use this company again nor (based on my personal experience) would recommend to my friends and family. On a positive note they did give me a 10% veterans discount, but like I said this was a very pricey cleaning.

ABC Cleaning cleaned my fireplace and chimney, inspected everything including on roof, and gave tips to keep things working safely in the future. Great job. Will hire again.

All parts of my experience with ABC Cleaning were top-notch. I was able to schedule with the friendly office staff to have someone come out and clean and check our fireplace, and there was a spot available just two days later. Thadeus and crew arrived promptly and were professional, and did a great job. They gave me maintenance recommendations for the upcoming fireplace season. We will certainly have them out again for ongoing maintenance/improvements, and to clean our a/c ducts when the time comes. Highly recommended for great service.

We went with ABC after getting estimates from two other companies. They were kind and professional and informative. They gave us an honest opinion on repairs and cleaned the chimney. At this point I trust them implicitly to do any other jobs like dryer vents or hvac vents and they have earned a customer for life! Pricing was more than fair, thank you ABC for your honest dealings with us.

Gabriel, Ricky and Sam did an amazing job, they worked non stop and were professional. The ducts were a hot mess after 19 years of not being cleaned, they cleaned the vents that now look new. Thad did a great job with the dryer ducts. They also cleaned up after their work. I will definitely hire them again.

Highly recommend this family owned and operated company. They are extremly professional and reasonably priced. From the estimate provided by Tony to the cleaning services provided by Brady and Ray. All were knowledgable, friendly and worked in a timley manner. They provided photos of every aspect of thier work and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend thier Dryer vent cleaning as well.

My experience with ABC cleaning was excellent from start to finish. Tony came out and gave an estimate for the work to be done. No gimmicks or games. Gabriel, Ricky, and Sam came out to do the job. They were on time and after showing them where things were, they got to work right away. Gabriel lead the team with skill and know how. We had a great experience with ABC. Thadius and Ruben were great. They arrived within the time window did great work and were very efficient. Thadius explained all of our options and was very thorough and knowledgeable.

This is the third chimney company we have had come to our house and it has so far been the best. No Wheeling and dealing just honest pricing.
