Ductz is a great company to work with. They are an honest and fair company providing exceptional service. The owner Andy is hands-on and ensures customer satisfaction before, during and after the job. A small issue came up three days after work was completed and Andy responded within three hours to correct it. I am so pleased with this company.

I have an old home and realized I had issues with the ac system ducts. I know Andy with Ductz from the puzzle lake/hatbill rd area so I called his company. I am in the construction industry and work in very high end homes. It takes a lot to impress me. The crew that performed the ac duct cleaning service exceeded my expectations. They were so professional and skilled in their craft. I met them in the morning and asked some questions which they answered perfectly. I then had to go to work and my wife stayed behind. She said they were so friendly and respectful. The house was so clean when they left. I could not tell they had been there except for the clean ac registers and the lack of odor from the ac system. This company had been incredible to work with! They got me in very quickly & did an amazing job on my house. Can't ask for a better company than Ductz of Greater Orlando. Andy is straight forward and honest and the price is right! When he came to check on my 1st property, about 3yrs ago, he cleaned the ducts and installed 2 return air vents. It solved the musty smell right away. When i got Andy to clean the duct to my 2nd property 2days ago, he was very quick to come and give me an estimate. But with such honesty, Andy said it dosent look like it needed any cleaning, but just to change filter.
And no charge for his visit.
Michelle, on the other hand, is so pleasant to talk to when she answers the phone and quick to response. Michelle is so right to say that Andy and his crew not only does a good job, but with integrity and charges a very fair price.
It is hard to find companies like that anymore. I truly appreciate you Andy, Michelle and the crew at Ductz of Greater Orlando.

DUCTZ did a wonderful job with our clients duct cleaning! Michelle was there every step of the way to ensure service was streamlined and executed with the utmost efficiency, thoroughness, and professionalism. I will definitely use them for our duct needs in this area!

Andy the president of Ductz came to my home to give me an estimate that I had scheduled approximately 3-4 weeks in advance due to their availability. I also booked the cleaning at the same time I booked the estimate because of the long lead time. The appointments were about a week apart. Michelle the scheduler was helpful and accommodating. Andy looked at my air handler (but not the ducts) and explained their cleaning process. He indicated that the air handler was in good condition and did not require cleaning. The work would include cleaning the ducts, mastic and coating the plenum. He also stated that his workers have been with him for years and are experienced and that he was a certified mold remediator. I decided to have the work done because of the favorable reviews online and that they were going to provide before and after photos.

On the day of the cleaning, two young men showed up (Angel and Andrew). They seemed very young and caused me to question Andy’s claim about their experience. They were very polite. Angel seemed to be the more experienced of the two and did most of the heavy lifting. Andrew seemed green. I made this determination, based on several instances such as leaning a ladder against my interior wall. I had to tell not to do that to avoid scuffing my walls. When pulling the hose through my house, they rubbed against the corners scuffing the wall and removing paint. I also asked them if I needed to move my car out of my garage to give them space to work and they said it was fine where it was. The next day I noticed scuff marks and scratches on my car from the hose. While in my attic Andrew was tripping over wires (I hope I don’t end up with future electrical problems), bumped into my attic bulb, blew the bulb and didn’t say anything about it and then left trash in my attic. The only reason I noticed these things is because I crawled up into the attic as part of the walk through. As part of the duct cleaning, Ductz coats the inside of the registers and junction boxes after cleaning. They put down what they call “drop cloths” prior to beginning their work. These “drop cloths” were nothing more than worn-out flat bed sheets that shifted around every time they stepped on it and did very little to protect the floor from debris and paint. During the painting process, they spilled paint on my brick paver driveway and concrete sidewalk even after I expressed concern about that when I saw them setting up initially. Angel decided he was going to use my bathroom to do number two without even asking for permission. The before and after picture were just a couple of pictures of the junction boxes and register boots pasted in a word document. There were no pictures of inside the ducts.

Excellent service from this company. From Michelle who was so nice and caring and helped me schedule the appointment promptly to Andy the owner who came to the house and provided the estimate and explained in details the plan to remediate the mold issue on my HVAC systems. My techs Deon and Marino were very attentive, respectful and communicated during the cleaning process. They all exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Ductz of Greater Orlando is definitely a company that I recommend for everyone who wants to clean their ducts and also apply a special protective coating after cleaning so your ducts don’t accumulate mold & mildew!! They will also clean your dryer ducts!! Andy, the owner comes out to your home to give you the affordable quote and a full explanation of the service they provide, including pictures of before and after of your A/C ducts!! The technicians Deon & Jake who came to do the job were very friendly, professional, detailed and thorough of the job they needed to do!! I can’t forget about Michelle who sets up everything when you call the office, she is so friendly & awesome!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I feel that I have a new home once again! Although I had become nose blind to the musty smell in my home, I eventually called for an inspection. Andy came out and showed me the inside of the AC unit which was full of mold and mildew, along with the duct work and vent system. The before and after pics were amazing. The techs did an amazing job in cleaning and spraying a protective coating to keep it clean for many more years! Thanks Ductz!!

The team at Ductz has been awesome. They’re thorough, kind and go above and beyond. They have done extra work for us without us even asking them too, and are very quick and responsive to text, call and email. We would recommend this team to anyone who needs thorough, well done work.

This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. The technician damaged my wall paint, clogged my toilet, left the return air grills dirty, and even broke the cover off my water heater. It was careless and sloppy work.

The owner Andy came out and discounted the final bill, but was not helpful and actually questioned why I wasn’t present while the service was being done—like it was my responsibility to supervise basic professionalism. The office staff (Michelle) was also extremely pushy about payment and accused me of paying slowly even though the job wasn’t completed correctly.

Ductz sent a tech out a second time to touch up the return air grills. This was only after multiple phone calls with Andy asking me “what do you want me to do”. He was not eager to make it right

If you are going to use this company be prepared to babysit the tech and be careful about paying up front

Avoid this company!!! They are not honest. I called around to price cleaning air ducts in my home as to not waste my time or a companies time. They were about the same as companies around, then when they got here they were nice but gave a totally different price that was almost triple the price they told us on the phone. We called them after to talk to them about it then the same lady on the phone tried back tracking and said oh, well that is only because it is a deep cleaning for the new price we could go with the price we told you over the phone but you would not be happy with that with the level of cleaning you need. They lie to get you to buy and pay more!!! Their prices are way higher when they get to your home then others in the area. Go with an honest company and pay what is fair for the service. This company is not it.
