Our experience with Sebastian was superb! He took the time to inspect and kept us informed of how to best service our air ducts. He prepped the entire house and cleaned up even better than when he arrived. He was very thorough and was very polite and professional. Aaron was friendly, polite, honest and capable. He showed us pictures of why we did NOT need an air duct cleaning and why we DID need a dryer vent cleaning. He did an excellent job and we would highly recommend him and Better Air.

Appointment was easy to make, clear directions on what to do before Tech arrived, on arrival Sebastián explained exactly what he was going to do, toured the house with us to insure no register, in/out take, or the Dryer vent was missed, cleaned up after himself, showed before and after photos, treated our home with care and consideration, as if it was his own. We can’t say enough good things about Sebastián. Thank you so much!!! Apparently our ducts were filthy — as if it had never been done.

I chose Better Air over other companies because the customer service with the scheduler was amazing. Then Sebastian came for my appointment and I cannot express how great he was. He explained everything in detail and he even found an issue I didn't know I had that could have started a fire. Sebastian was so great. He stayed while I had the issue fixed by another company and helped me understand what they were telling me. He went so far above and beyond when he did not have to. Update: Their claim that the ducts would be fully cleaned and all debris would be sucked into the high pressure vacuum. This DID NOT happen. When we turn the system on 2 days later the house furniture was covered with fine dirt and dust particles. We spent several hours cleaning the interior of the home.

Tech Sebastian arrived this morning as scheduled to provide estimate to clean our 30 year old duct system he was very knowledgeable and explained in simple language what the process would be.
After his inspection he informed us the ducts did not cleaning, he had seen much worse which was a relief to us he did recommend ducts be sanitized and we went with that.
Sebastion was very polite and pleasant to talk to and put us very much at ease. During our conversations there was no pressure at all.
We highly recommend him and the company to anyone who is looking to have their duct cleaned.

Sebastian was great and came highly recommended by a friend. Very communicative with his time of arrival and on time. Thorough and professional throughout the process explaining each step. We have 3 dogs and have never had the ducts cleaned. We got the duct sanitizing done as well. Hoping that will help with the dog odors as well. He cleaned up after and even dusted a fan. Would highly recommend the service and Sebastian.

First off, I called four Duct cleaning companies. I chose Better Air Because Valarie answered the phone and could not have been nicer. She meticulously walked thru the process and gave me a fair estimate of the cost. We agreed on an appointment. She is the main reason I went with them. Aaron showed up within the appointment window and could not have been nicer. He also explained the process and confirmed the price. He worked for over two hours Non-Stop. He even told me that he has worked for other companies but really enjoyed Better Air as they are very good to their employees. There equipment was clean and neat and Aaron was great. No fuss No Muss No Problems!
Don't even waste your time calling around. Just one call to Better Air and your set!

Aaron did a great job with the work. Explained the process, showed me in progress cleaning and the before and after. We opted for the full package treatment and the difference is night and day. The equipment they use is great and any small dust or debris from extensive cleaning was vacuumed up. You can tell Aaron has plenty of experience in this field and the quality of their work reflects that.

Sebastián from Better Air Orlando was kind, professional, and very thorough. He clearly explained all the work he performed as well as the recommendations for future maintenance. He completed the work efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and left everything in great condition. I would definitely recommend their services and plan to use them again in the future.

Aaron came to our home to clean the air ducts and install a UV light inside our AC unit, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He called ahead, arrived right on time, and was extremely polite and respectful the entire visit.

What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything he was doing. He walked me through the work step-by-step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the UV light helps keep the system cleaner.

Even though the job took about 3 hours, Aaron worked so efficiently and smoothly that it honestly felt like it was done in under an hour. And to give him even more credit, he did the same job twice because I own two houses on the same block. That’s nearly 6–7 hours of work total, and he kept the same great attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail the entire time.

We’re very happy with the service and this company is now our go-to for AC services. Highly recommended!

The pricing was a little higher than anticipated, but my technician, Alan, made everything seem so worthwhile. He was very kind and extremely thorough. Before and after pictures and explained every step along the way. I could hear all of the junk get vacuumed out and it made me feel so much better about getting this done! Alan cleaned up after himself and left everything exactly how he found it. The owner Stanley took my call, and that went fine… but Alan sealed the deal! When I call back for my UV light install, I better get Alan back!! Great service.. I’ll definitely use them again
