I had our whole house air ducts clean including the air handler unit and installing a UV light to kill any bacteria , mold and virus. It was a neat experience seeing all the dust accumulated throughout the years fall down. I recommend everyone get their air ducts clean at least once a year.

The A/C stop work on Sunday night and Alpha Air came immediately and installed a new system in less than 24 hrs. With professionalism and deep knowledge in A/C equipment they help me to find a best brand that fits in my house and in my pocket. Thank you Ismael. May God make your company prosper.

Great customer service. Work was done very thorough. The owner explain what needs to be done before proceeding. I did not realized how dirty my ducts were. I recommend everyone have their ducts cleaned and recommend this company.

An absolute nightmare to deal with. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I have had this AC for a month and a half and it has never functioned the way it is supposed to and they seem unable/unwilling to fix it. I first had them come to install a new AC in my house, they started by insulting my house and making jokes about my cat running away in Spanish as they leave the front door open not knowing that we could understand what they were saying. I text their supervisor about their behavior and he has to come out to our house to set them straight. After they were done I notice on the receipt that I was charged for a new thermostat which they did not install until days later after I text them the receipt pointing out that we did not get a new thermostat. Then the new thermostat started having problems and kept turning on and off and I notice that the variable speed upgrade that we paid a lot of money for also was not working. So I call them to come over again and they change the thermostat to a much worse one and I point out that the variable speed still does not work so the technician says he'll do some research over the weekend. 3 days later he still hasn't gotten back to me so I call again and they say they'll send someone, they didn't. I spent all day calling them yesterday and no one picked up so I call again today and someone says they'll send someone over later. They did not. I have had this expensive AC with variable speed upgrade that has never worked for over a month now and the problems have not been solved. No one there seems to know how to get the AC that they installed themselves to work correctly. This has been a month and a half long nightmare dealing with them.

Phenomenal job! My house already feels so much better. The air feels cool and clean. From now on Alpha Air will be the company I’ll be hiring to check on my AC. Thank you so much for all the amazing work you did. Great customer service, spectacular people.

They took their time cleaning the coils and ducts, explaining how everything worked along the way. I was surprised by the difference it made—now the system runs quieter, and I'm hoping for some better efficiency moving forward. It feels good to know that was likely part of the problem all along.
