I am writing this review because you don't normally get the type of service that was provided to me today. I believe his name was Alan, worked on job number 4492, and he provided me with a clear understanding of what the problem was, how he resolved it and what I could do to help address it if it happens again. My issue was with the damper system. No other company has ever shared/explained so much information with me like that. Now I have a better understanding of my system and how I can help them the next time they may need to come out. And the cherry on the top was that they are very reasonably price. Highly recommend No Sweat.

PS: I have used them twice, separate issues, and both technicians have been great.

Incredible service and pricing. Techs are thorough, amiable, and ready to fix not just the main problem but any additional issues they spot. I've had AC techs come out and fix just the problem at hand but No Sweat AC corrects anything that's incorrect whether or not its the main issue. First time I've ever felt this positive over an ac problem. This is my new go-to company for air conditioning, highly recommend

No Sweat was literally no sweat! For a few days our a/c didn't seem like it was cooling off adequately until one night it pretty much stopped working all together. They came right away and found a small leak in a hose and fixed it on the spot. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend these folks and No Sweat will be my go to a/c repair shop from now on!

I love this company. Of all the services you need as a homeowner, No Sweat is by far the best. They are professional and fair. Everyone I have dealt with at this company is respectful with the customer's best interest in mind. I have been a homeowner for 30+ years. If all service companies operated like this company, the world would be a better place.

Such a great experience with this company. Received several quotes to have my duct work and vents replaced. This company was the best price and did an incredible job. The men who came to do the work were very professional and neat. I would definitely recommend this company.

So, I bought a extremely expensive air conditioner from no sweat.... I have been having trouble since the day of installation.
First, I was told it was incorrectly installed, Second,, a part needed to be replaced. Then, after multiple calls hot sleepless nights. and instructions to turn on and off the breaker to have it restart, the a AC quit working.
-I spend 3 days in a hotel
- I have spent countless amounts of hot nights waiting for the AC that is less than 4 years old with ongoing problems since the day of installation to be fixed.
-Now YOU are changing me $750. plus $22 in interest for installation work for replacement AC that has been problematic since installation.
I am utterly amazed at the rudeness I received after my well warranted complaints of a poor functioning unit.
I would NOT RECOMMEND NO SWEAT to ANYONE...unless, you have money to burn.

Had a great experience with these guys. I called and they had a team out within only a couple of hours to fix my leaking A/C system. They were thorough, professional, and very personable - even my dogs loved them! John walked me through everything that was done and even gave me maintenance tips. We will be using them for all of our A/C needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

No Sweat is THE BEST! I had an issue with my AC going out late on a mid/late August Sunday night. I know many people on the Conway Community Orlando Facebook page recommended them, so I called at 7:30 am Monday morning. They had a tech out to my house at 8:15. Ashley found the problem right away, and was very knowledgeable. About a week and a half later, I got home, and my AC was running hot again. I called at 4:30 pm and again, No Sweat had a tech out in less than an hour. Nick fixed everything, and since it was a warranty job, they didn't even charge me for him stopping by. I felt kinda bad for them not charging me something, but now they definitely know they have a loyal customer in me. Any issue I have, I will be calling No Sweat AND recommending them to everyone. Both Ashley and Nick walked me through the problems and explained everything. They were extremely reasonably priced too. Thanks, No Sweat!

No Sweat was extremely easy to work with and had great communication. Marcello was so kind, informative and thorough. Would absolutely recommend. Have had them help with two of our homes so far.

I’m not much for glowing reviews online but this has been my second experience with an honest A/C company in Orlando. As a homeowner in Orlando I’ve experienced everyone trying to sell and take advantage in anyway they can. I’ve dealt with about 6 Airconditioning companies in the last 13 years and almost all of them have tried to sell me an overpriced system I didn’t need. I’ve called out No sweat A/C 2 times within that time frame and both times got great reasonable, honest service that I’ve come to realize cannot be beat. They were truthful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Though I ended up being able to repair my current system when the time comes for system replacement they are guaranteed to have my business basses on my experiences with them.

A/C was losing coolant. Called out del-air. They quoted me 4 options to replace the entire system (air handler and compressor) ranging from $15k-$26k. Mind you my a/c system is only 5 years old and the issue was a broken coil inside the air handler which was causing it to loose refrigerant and freeze up. So I called out another company, $6k quote. Still seemed high. I called another, $5400 quote. Finally I found No Sweat AC. The owner called me directly and we had a frank conversation of what’s going on, the material costs and labor to fix it. They didn’t know about the prior quotes, but I confirmed what they were proposing matched exactly what the other $5400-$6000 quotes were for. They quoted me a little less than $3000 and were able to get it fixed the next day. Needless to say, I’m very happy with their openness, honesty and pricing transparency. Their technician was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We recently had No Sweat replace our attic duct work and add a return air by the bedrooms. The entire crew was pleasant, efficient and cleaned up everywhere necessary.
I highly recommend them for any AC or heating work you may need. We have them scheduled for other work soon and I am confident the quality will be the same.

My heating cut off at 11:00 PM on a chilly night. I called my go-to No Sweat AC & Heating when they opened at 8 AM. They had someone here by 8:30 and the problem was repaired by 10:00. I needed technical support for one of the installed HVACs. The community recommendation was for service by NoSweat. I called in and their team was at our door on time. Jake with mentee Jack took a quick look, examined, diagnosed, and fixed the issue. No Sweat is No Nonsense.

My outside unit stopped working after the main breaker was flipped at my house. I tried every little trick I could find to get it running, but nothing worked. I made a call on a Friday at noon with my fingers crossed that someone was available so I didn't have to pay a weekend surcharge. A tech was at my house within the hour and the job was completed an hour later. He found that voltage wasn't running through my disconnect box and replaced the entire box. It was an affordable and quick fix. I would definitely recommend No Sweat AC for future projects should I need them! Kudos to Cat at the front office for the quick booking and kind customer service and to John the technician that did a quick fix. You guys are awesome!
