After researching several other companies, we hired Cool Zone AC to replace our old AC. I'm so glad we did! Service was spot on. The technicians who came to do the job were fantastic. Owner Mark, stopped by to check how they were coming along. Our Daiken Fit is amazing. I will be sure to recommend to everyone. We are very pleased!

Cool Zone A/C Inc. installed our new system and performed ductwork. We are extremely pleased with the system they recommended and all the work that went into the installation. Our electric bill went down substantially and their maintenance program has helped keep the system running smoothly since being implemented. For the past 10+ years Mark Adams and his team have been there for us to maintain our heating and air conditioning needs. They are quick to identify an issue and then resolve it in a timely manner. Mark has been great to work with and we have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Cool Zone including the front office staff and scheduling. We highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

My air conditioner went out and they were quick to get someone out. Then the whole system went out. They did a great job putting in a new system. They were very efficient and left everything clean and working great. I couldn’t say enough good things about them.

The best AC company in Orlando! Tom just completed our maintenance and reminded me once again, why Cool Zone is the best. He was punctual, informative (reminding me of our 10 year warranty on parts) very kind, and provided sound recommendations for future maintenance based off of what the diagnostic equipment readings actually were versus making something up to sell us something today. We purchased this new system in 2019 and it's continuing to run beautifully. He provided me with many options to choose from and in a matter of no time I had my new system installed. His team was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on installation day. Florala is a great company that I highly recommend. I first reviewed them almost ten years ago when they installed two heat pumps for me and had a different company name. Since then they have installed mini splits for me on two different occasions. Both times they had an excellent price and their installation was outstanding. Jason Thornton and his team do great work, starting with the estimation process right through to the sale, installation, and support. I appreciate the excellent work they do at a great price.

I call southeast air to check my ac , took them 2 visits to tell me that mostly is the evaporator , after I pay 700 in labor because the part was in warranty, ac start blowing cold until 4 month start with the same problem,they come and check and can't find anything, they recharge again more money in freon, I call them 5 month later same problem and same answer and more money in freon 5 month later same problem and the blower motor stop working , like always never answer a call on the weekend, contact another company ,repair the blower motor and check for leak and right there ,the core they replace was leaking all this time , they send Joe to verify the leak and he tell me they will contact me when the core get to them ,sit and wait another 3 month and when I call them ,they said that was waiting for me to call and at that time was out of the time of warranty and now going to cost me another 1500 to replace something that was defective in the first time !!!!

Highly recommended. They’ve responded quickly every time I’ve called and the technicians are all knowledgeable and polite. Great service.
