I spoke with the specialist who came out and located the new fan motor on the roof. Really it's absolutely different from installing a new unit. They were replaced at a reasonable price!

Rick was here to give us a quote to replace our two air conditioners which were not working well. They are about 28 years old so we assumed they would both need to be replaced. After his visit, he determined that we had only a damper motor problem. What may have been approximately a $12,000 replacement, now will only be a service call. Sam was the best.

As usual a very thorough examination of my air conditioning unit. Even though I had not experienced any issues Mr Mazda’s expert evaluation found a big problem. That is why doing maintenance on your equipment is so very important. It was a faulty evaporator coil that lost all its Freon. Darn the bad luck. The good news is a kind and helpful technician who certainly knows customer service.
