This business is horrible. I have been trying to get a hold of them for about three days through emails, text messages and phone calls and no replies from either. I had to physically drive to their office to speak to someone. Their associate Beverly, was extremely disrespectful, rude and unhelpful, saying that it was not her problem to deal with. This company should learn to hire reliable staff and be more professional.

They came out the same day for me. The guys was very nice and professional. The company was not out to rip me off, but find the best way to make me happy. Great job Florala.

Very highly recommended! The guys (Joe, Ted and Roger) exceeded my expectations. On time, quick and painless install, courteous and knowledgeable. Would 100% use them again and would recommend.

I had Southeast air and heat out to my home to correct some issues with the AC unit. Apparently the company that had originally did the work had made some sizing mistakes. The technician corrected the problems and was personable and professional while doing so. It's nice to have good people in your home doing repairs, they also charged a rate that I felt was more than fair given the time the technician worked on my system.

Joe Mott came out to do the estimate and I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough he was, no scare tactics or high pressure sales gimmicks. He gave me every possible option available based on my budget. After comparing their proposal with 3 other estimates, not only did they have the lowest price, they also offered the best prices for the top tier brands and other options. Installation of both units were absolutely flawless, they sent 2 crews and finished the job in 1 day. If you are considering replacing your AC unit, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have actually asked a service company to send me a link to write a review. This is one of them. The entire process could not have been more perfect. Overall from initial visit by Joe to review my needs to the installation, every step was actually enjoyable and could not have been easier. The installation went as planned if not better, and they left the house with everything better off than when they arrived with no follow ups needed. We purchased our first home about a year ago and have a lot to learn, but all his tips and tricks will certainly help us moving forward! Excellent company that does outstanding work. Fast, efficient and a fair price all with a warm, friendly and professional attitude. The work to replace our AC was completed on time, they were extremely clean and the finished product speaks for itself. I would recommend them to my own Mom.

My relationship with Florala began in 2021 when they were recommended to me for my major remodel of a home I purchased. Joe helped me choose a Bosch for the house and a Daikin for the garage/workshop. He was super easy to work with, very knowledgable and put together a fantastic quote that even included removal and installation of the entire duct work for the house. Jason designed the entire system and Ted headed up the install. Together, the project was completed on time and worked perfectly! The following year I had Florala install new fiberglass insulation in the entire attic and over the garage which made a HUGE difference. Every year, I have Florala come and service my two AC units to keep them running in top shape. Unfortunately, almost 4 years after install, my Daikin mini split developed a leak in the evaporator mounted in the garage. Although Daikin took a bit of time to deliver the warranty replacement, Florala kept on top of things and immediately installed the new evaporator to get my garage cooled again. I HIGHLY recommend the crew at Florala and special kudos to Jason Deese (owner) for going the extra mile for me when I really needed help!!

My parents recently had work done at their home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician Alexis, did an excellent job. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of their questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. The quote I was given was right to the penny, which was really appreciated. My wife called in the morning to get someone to look at our air conditioner. They were able to come out the same day. Very polite HVAC techs and seemed knowledgeable.

The furnace annual check went well. A friendly HVAC tech described to me what he was doing and I was looking over his shoulder, with interest to observe. This is a furnace and AC Golden Comfort has been installed and serviced.

Our fusion restaurant near Mills 50 lost AC during the July dinner rush it hit 90°F INSIDE, and the fryer heat made it feel like a swamp. Hector from Golden Comfort raced over, found a frozen evaporator coil (who knew?!), thawed it, and recharged the system while we packed takeout orders. By dessert service, the dining room was frosty again. Even the East End Market vendors next door cheered! Orlando’s foodie spots NEED these heroes.
