I was driving on 408 when one of this company's vans merged across multiple lanes with no turn signal, cutting me off. I honked and when I pulled up to the driver, he was driving with airpods in. I haven't used their services but I wouldn't want that kind of person working on my home.

Had Manny come out for a repair estimate. Great guy, charismatic and personable (rare for a field service tech). Ended up needing a new A/C unit (4-tonne). Had 5 companies come out and price, bid and pitch. Mr. A/C won - not becuase of cost alone, but the total package. They were price competitive, but not the cheapest because their equipment is higher end. Hector was helpful to deal with.

Install a few days later, clean up and polite crew. Highly recommend.

The one ding is the AI voicemail assistant. Get rid of that please, it's annoying not to be able to talk to Hector when I needed to - he was responsive via email though.

The tech was timely, very friendly, very respectful. He was knowledgeable & immediately diagnosed the problem. He was fast & efficient. Reasonable price & no push for additional service. I would highly recommend Mr A/C of Orlando.

We contacted three dealers for a quote on replacing our existing system which was failing. Hector responded quickly. They gave me two quotes, an entry-level system and a high-effeciency system. Their quotes were comparable but lower than the others. It was clear that Hector knew the system options and capabilities. He used the load calcs (calculations of what size system is required based on your home configuration) to determine the system that would be best for us. I was able to interact with him to modify the system design based on some of our desires.

They came out within a week to install the system. Manny was very congenial and interacted with us with professionalism and care. They put down tarps and removed the old system quickly. Hector came with the new system and 3 workers had us up and running by the end of the day.

They were very meticulous to seal all around the new system and configure the system and thermostat to work at optimal efficiency. They used my existing thermostat because it had all the capabilities needed.

Great company, did work at my home. Was here on time and cleaned up. Manny left leaving my home better than it was before. I appreciated his time and the work he did.

I got my AC unit replaced by this company in Jan of 2021 and unfortunately after 4 years of use the system has started to have condensation issues and it causing bacterial growth in the unit. I called two other AC companies to come out and check the unit and both told me the exact same thing. The unit was good but the installation was missing a few things. One they didn’t seal the unit properly and that’s what is causing the condensation issues, they didn’t mastic the air ducts above the unit properly either and they reused many of the old parts from my 20 years old previous unit. Now to fix all of the issues I’m going to have to shell out a couple thousand dollars to get the unit to how this company should have done it in the first place. Was happy with the service at the time because I know nothing about AC units but now that time has passed and issues continue to arise I decided to leave a review so that others can ask the questions I should have been more inclined to ask.

This company did a fantastic job! They scheduled my AC check up promptly and sent over technician Manny, who was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, courteous, and extremely respectful, he even took off his shoes before entering my home!

Manny was not only friendly and patient, but also very thorough in his work. He explained everything clearly and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. It’s rare to see someone who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth.

Great company. They came out on the same day that I requested service and diagnosed the system well. They found the issues that were keeping the unit from working and utilized the warranty to get the parts without additional charges. Once the parts for ready for pickup, they made the repair on the same day. Will definitely use again.
