My Air Broke down in the end of the day and I called Airborne they came out on after hours and thanks to them they have their truck fully stocked with parts and got my air working again it was a blower motor they were able to replace on the spot thank you

Great service from technician Josh. They installed an AC unit a few years ago and a power surge knocked out some critical components. Airborne were able to come within a day to repair, and even provided a follow up visit to add additional refrigerant which they already communicated may be needed.

Our air stopped working completely on a Monday. I found Climacore’s number and called and spoke to a very nice lady named Kathy. She was so helpful in getting everything ready so that we could get a new air conditioning system installed. Terrance arrived on Wednesday and had us up and running cool in 4 hours. He replaced the outdoor housing unit and the inside air handler and the inside thermostat. We couldn’t be happier. Kathy from CoolNow was extremely patient with us. She worked to answer our questions late until Friday night followed back up with us on Saturday. We even changed our terms from 10 years to five after the contract was already created and she worked with us with everything all the changes all of our questions because we didn't have quite a bit as it was a large sacrifice she was very knowledgeable and understanding with where we were coming from with the concerns that we had. Every time I had a question and I reached out, she answered promptly.
