We had a terrific experience with Alfredo and Kelvin! The professionalism, care, kindness, and value we found with High-Tech was awesome. Never fun to find yourself in need of replacing your system but these guys made it easier. They cared…and that says a lot about a person and their company.

My husband and I have known all summer that our air conditioner was on borrowed time. I got in touch with three different companies, which all gave me quotes but when I had questions they would not follow up with answers. Thankfully, I came across High-Tech Air Conditioning and the day I called asking about installing a new air conditioner, they came out, looked at our old system and gave us a price. Alfredo went over everything with us in great detail answering all of our questions and giving us opinions on what he thought would be best for our home.Right away my husband and I knew that this was the company we wanted to go with. The thing that really sealed the deal was Alfredo said he had to look into something and he would contact us with an answer and believe it or not he actually did. That is when I called Erica and scheduled a date. The new system was installed yesterday and everything went so well. This is a family owned business and they do their best for their customers so that they can provide for their families. This is the only company I would recommend when it comes to your air conditioner needs.

Dealing with a broken AC is never fun, but High Teach made it so easy from the moment we called and spoke to Erica, who was so friendly and always answered every phone call.
We hired them to install 2 new AC/Heat pumps at our house and are so happy we did. Keivin and Jose worked all day to replace the condensers, air handlers and rebuild our return. They are honest, show up on time, always answer the phone and put so much effort into their work to not only be done right but look good as well. Highly recommend and will be the only people we call for any AC issues in the future!

We found out about HIGHTECH AC through the internet and its good reviews. We were contacted by KEVIN, who provided the quote but did not provide details of the proposal. We chose to buy from HIGHTECH AC because it is a family-owned company, has good reviews and the good price it offered. The service was performed by Jose R and Oscar, who were always helpful and careful, and provided information on maintenance and filter replacement. At the end of the afternoon, KEVIN came by to check on the service and give us instructions and to say that they would be available for any needs. Two days after the service, he called to check if everything was in order and if we were satisfied. I recommend the company for its excellent service and the good price offered for the CARRIER product.

Fredo fixed a condensation issue on our unit today and previously resolved a clog in our condensation line. Both times he has done such a wonderful job to a high degree of quality & sustainability, and is a joy to work with. I look forward to continuing service with this company & with Fredo each year to maintain our unit & for anything that comes up!

This company was Amazing , they came to my house, they gave me a free estimate, they explained to me well what the process would be like and the different brands and efficiencies, the next day they installed 2 systems the same day, quickly and everything was very clean, they were always very friendly and very knowledgeable I would always recommend them! Kevin Rivero was an excellent AC technician. We requested a tuneup and he noticed beforehand that our damper wasn’t supplying air to our first floor. He was very thorough, explained everything incredibly well, and made sure I was aware of all that was going on step by step. I felt very comfortable having him in our home. I extremely recommend High Tech Air Conditioning. The job these gentleman do is totally worth it. They all have high knowledge not only on the job they do, but they were all able to answer any questions I had, as well as point out certain things that I wasn’t aware of from my unit. I had then move my unit from the garage to a closet I wasn’t using and even with the Florida heat, being in the attic long periods of time, they stayed motivated and completed the job. They will not leave a site without them also being satisfy that the job they did was well finished and done correctly. Thank you for an amazing job. You guys definitely have a loyal client for life.

Had a problem overnight with my air-conditioning and the sent Alfredo, who is very good with the information on the A/C and knee what to do to take care of the system. It was fixed within an hour and I’ll call them back if needed. Good experience.

We are very satisfied with Keivin and his crew, José and Oscar. Keivin was very helpful, trustworthy and attended to our need as costumers. Explained everything very carefully and I pretty sure I heard him asking us if we had any more questions about 50 times being very preoccupied if our needs and doubts were being met.

We replaced an almost 15 years old Trane system that was not so well maintained by the previous house owners and got a Carrier system that is working perfectly. He pointed out everything that will help the system work better for long years and for us to save energy. Installed a new thermostat, grades onde ceiling and UV light in the system.

We can't recommend him and his business enough.
