The technician who came out was very helpful and did an excellent job servicing my HVAC system. He explained everything to me very clearly and took his time to clean up after he was done.His charges were very reasonable.I would definitely recommend them.

Ken came out to my home to do a semi annual tune-up. He has been here before. He is fantastic. He is so pleasant, thorough knowledgeable and professional. He crawled under my house and re-connected a duct that had became loose. Thank you again Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling!

Purchased my heat pump system 3 years ago from Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling and they come out twice a year to service it.They came out today and did an excellent job checking out the cooling system for the upcoming summer season. I highly recommend their services.

Great service. Great full that the technician was able to come out the same day we discovered that our furnace was not working and was able to diagnose the problem. He also was able to let me know things that need to be worked on for future things. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would be using Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling again if ever am in the need to have my furnace looked at.

I'm really disappointed in how this company handled our issues with their installment of a new air condition/hvac system/and water heater. We found out no permits were received to do the work, they shoddily cut into beams within the wall to create space for the air filter (without asking), improperly sealed the gas line causing a dangerous gas leak, repeatedly dodged calls when we called about the work, and more!

I've had years of working in customer service, and I would never EVER hang up on a customer. Yet, my boyfriend and I were both hung up on by Kathy Reps multiple times.

My boyfriend was having trouble staying connected with anyone from the company, so I decided to call. Once I told the representative from Kathy why I was calling, I was put on hold for 9 minutes. The representative returned but suddenly couldn't hear me and hung up.

Again, I would never recommend this company. They could have tried to rectify the situation by returning and reinspecting the work and fixing the problems they created. I guess that was something that never dawned on them.

Absolutely avoid this contracting company.
I hired them to replace my HVAC system and Hot Water heater.
They cut my gas line and did not properly seal it causing a gas leak in my apartment that required Spire emergency services to fix.
Instillation was not properly completed (the HVAC unit wasn't even screwed down) and required a second contract company to come complete work
Called STL county and they failed to pull permits to even do the work.
After contacting them multiple times to correct the mistakes they have stopped responding and will not return calls

We were able to get hold of Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling experts to address our furnace problem. They performed their heating system repair service and they did an excellent job at it! The furnace is now working properly and we only paid a very low price for the exceptional service!

We were very impressed by this company's professionalism and personal service. Our whole HVAC system needed replacement and all of our options were explained clearly. We opted for the Silver package and were not disappointed. We now have a new, very efficient, powerful, and quiet system. The technicians couldn't have done more for us. Ken especially, as well as being really nice, impressed us with his perfectionist attitude.

Highly recommend Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling. We had an emergency situation in which we contacted them and within 30 min we had an appointed scheduled and our problem was resolved the same day. The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Technician Ken did an outstanding job. In addition to repairing the blower in my furnace, he also noticed leaks in my duct system which were putting carbon monoxide into my home. He was able to do a temporary repair to that so that we could use the system until the new duct pipe was installed. I highly recommend the recommend Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling.

Heat pump was not heating my upstairs. I called Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling and they sent out a technician in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and polite. He was able to get my pump working in less than two hours and his price was very reasonable.Would definitely recommend them.
