Keivin was my technician, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. From my first contact with the representative on the phone, until the job was finished, this company was quick to respond, professional, and very helpful. They quickly diagnosed my coils as the issue, found the replacement to be on warranty, and installed the new coils in 2 hours using one technician (Keivin)...and he even came out on a Saturday to complete the removal of the old coils and installation of the new ones. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional, and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. I called this company to do some routine maintenance on my AC unit that’s been having condensation issues. Alfredo was the tech who came out and he was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated very well about what he thought was causing the issues. He didn’t push for any extra services, but I did ask for recommendations to solve the ongoing issues that we’ve been having and he was able to send over recommendations and an estimate right away where with other companies I’ve had to wait days or have to call them back to actually send me information. Will be using them moving forward for all my AC needs!
