I have been with Aurora Air from the start they are the best.

I have an air conditioner that these folk installed about 2 years ago and is still under warranty. I just called them out because the fan in the air handler quit working and they quoted me nearly $400 to replace a circuit board that was under the 10 year warranty. Seriously? For a job that would take like 10 minutes.

Horrible, extremely horrible. They were supposed to come 4 days back but did not show up, then they were supposed to come back 3 days back but did not show up... then 2 days back, then yesterday, and finally they showed up today.

I have two air conditioner units - they "fixed" one unit that was already working.

Later I received a call from Mr Dominic asking me to pay $275 else he will put a lien against my house. (He also called me all sorts of dirty names).

Wonderful service and a the company is pleasant to interact with.I had a regular semiannually services scheduled, I wish I remembered the technicians name, he was polite, professional, and very thorough. He inspected my inside and outside unit and cleaned them and I would definitely use again.

Always helpful, kind, honest, and provides thorough details of what is going on. Will tell me what needs to be done now vs later. This makes me feel like they are looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend and will use them for all my HVAC needs.

I will start with the dispatcher name Jose. He is in top of everything, very helpful, very understanding of situations. Then the tech Ronaldo..AMAZING, very knowledgable, answer question. Called and scheduled an appointment @ 4pm to get an estimate on a new AC system. On the day of the appointment by 4:30pm, no one had shown up. I called and was informed that the technician would be stopping by between 5pm and 5:30pm. If you're going to change the time of an appointment, it would be good customer service to inform all parties of a change. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jose and his staff were extremely proficient in resolving my issue in a timely matter. Even though it took several visits to fix the problem. These guys were persistant! I highly recommend Aurora for your HVAC needs

Purchased a deal via Angie's List and they were able to schedule me quickly. Came out and did a diagnosis. Professional, courteous, prompt and friendly. Angel was my tech and he was very personable. I definitely will have them come back and finish the recommendations for fixing and upgrading my system.

It took some extra time to get my estimate due to the tech that came out having a family emergency. Once I made my concern about this know, Juan reached out immediately and was extremely responsive in getting my estimate and making sure he stayed in communication. Their reputation seems to be very important to them which typically indicates a good company to do business with.
