Aurora Air is an excellent company to do business with. I origionaly called them for a tuneup based on a referral from Angie's list & ended up signing a annual maintenance contract. Aurora recommended I install a float valve to help protect my unit & they did a great job. Service techs are efficient, on time and very courteous. I have a lot of confidence in this company & highly recommend.

The dispatcher José is very pleasant to deal with and appears to be well organized in his work. We usually like to have Jean as our technician as he is such an agreeable and pleasant worker. He does an excellent job. We recommend Aurora Air as our experience has always been first class.

I had Aurora Air come out to do maintenance on my Rheem A/C, which hadn't been serviced since I bought the house almost 2 years ago. What a pleasure their staff is to deal with, courteous and efficient! Their price was fair, and the technician walked me through every step of his procedure. I will definitely hire them for A/C service again.

Great company they did my install in 4 hours . Which was a swap out. They did an excellent job, I pulled my own permit and had no problems passing inspection. Great customer service. They also did a great job with my parents install. FYI for a budget friendly unit ho with Goodman everything is cover bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years you can't beat that.

I have been using them for several years. Their service is prompt and detailed. I get detailed reports of what was done and if anything needs repairing or replacing. Their prices are reasonable compared to larger companies. I would recommend them for the personal touch.

Dominic is an amazing man... when we went to sell our home, we found out that the previous worker never completed the inspection after he installed the new ac. Dominic went above and beyond to ensure that all the work was completed correctly, and jumped through all the county hoops to ensure that the inspection was completed, and passed, at no further charge to us... He was extremely professional, and showed incredible integrity that is rarely seen in today's world!!! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!

Very honest company. The owner came to my home and swapped out my thermostat. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Also they have great customer service and follow up. I wish more companies were like this!
