Called multiple times the person who answered was awful at customer service. Twice transferred me to another call center without notice.

Worst possible customer service tethered could be. 2 weeks waiting on a warranty motor! 2 weeks my customer hasn't had air because carrier!! I would never buy anything from carrier enterprises again!

Wait time on hold for 45+ minutes. Call back option never works as they never call back. The only reason I use this shop is because I have to for carrier equipment. If I didn’t have to I would never shop here..... step the customer service up.......

Great service very polite and Ronnie and his son Ronnie Jr. got my water heater done in a jiffy. They also put a new furnace in and helped me put in my new gas dryer months ago. I go to them all the time for a service call. Definitely would recommend them.

Gentle Wind installed leaf gutters for our house a few years ago. A year or two after that, we had a company replace our roof. I actually didn’t care for the roofing company and felt they were a bit shady! Unfortunately, a few years later we noticed the covers on the gutters were sticking up and other things were no longer secured. The roofers failed to properly reattach the gutters and the covers! Called Gentle Wind back to repair the damage. They were professional and went beyond doing a great job. I am so happy and no longer have any worries. I called Gentle Winds late yesterday after trying to fix my furnace myself. Despite the late call and it being after hours Peggy answered the phone and listened to my needs and concerns. She was able to dispatch a tech and let me know what I could expect as far as an hourly rate. Joe and Ben arrived when they said they would and we're very friendly and professional. They had a look at my furnace and installed a conversion kit that I had previously ordered and made sure my furnace was good to go prior to leaving. Saved me from another cold night.

Would like to give a shout out to Arachene or "Slim". This gentleman clearly was still working hard at 8 PM loading up his gear all alone after working at BayFront Hospital in St. Pete all day. I stopped to give him a hand and he was extremely friendly, explaining what your company does and we had a great conversation. As a former small business operator, it's employees like Arachene that truly deserve recognition for their efforts.
