After my terrible experience with this company the first time, I asked why they didn’t show up to the appointment that they scheduled and let them know that I took an entire day of work off for that appointment. The responded with, “sorry. We can’t do anything for ya.” Thanks for the professionalism Lee’s. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

Local people helping local families. Ran by a great group of people that will be honest and fair. More than once they could have told me I needed a new furnace, but instead repaired it for a very reasonable price instead. They chose integrity over profit. Highly recommend. Will only employ them in the future.

A/c condenser fan quit running on one of the hottest days of the year. Called lees at 5pm, they were here by 5:10, had everything running within a half hour. I believe they were done for the day but came over immediately so that we didn’t have to go with out AC when it was 99 degrees outside.

We had an inspection done fort the dale of our house in Malcolm and we need a roofer, a plumber, and electrician and the furnace cleaned. Out of those 4 jobs, Lee's was the only company that showed up and did the work when they said they would the first time so I didn't have to spend my time making multiple calls during a very stressful time. Their service was quick and they did the job correctly and efficiently. Thank you so much, Lee's for easing some of the load on our shoulders during this time. I would highly recommend Lee's for all of your furnace and air conditioning needs.

Got a brand new ice maker from then. Doesn’t work right out of the box. They serviced it once. Worked for one day. Called them back, they said they couldn’t come out for 3 weeks. Then I set up a service appointment after the three week mark, and they didn’t even show up. Hope others have better luck.

I truly appreciate Dusty’s kindness and expertise. Today was the second time in about a year that I called him intending to schedule an appointment to fix our Gree mini splits. Both times, he talked me through the solution on the phone since it was a relatively easy one - I was able to fix it myself without ever having him come out. I cannot imagine many other companies who would explain to you the fix for free over the phone - you saved me a huge scheduling hassle and probably quite a bit of money on a service call. Thank you so much, if I ever have an issue again I will absolutely be calling you to come fix it!

Dusty was nearly on time while communicating that he was behind and to expect a few minutes' delay. He was quick in getting to work upon arrival. He solved the problem of a clogged drain line within minutes. He was friendly and made a recommendation to me about my girlfriend's roach problem discreetly (sorry sweetie for outing you). He also free-of-charge fixed the mount of the thermostat on the wall. 10/10 recommend. Thanks for explaining to me my questions, too.

Dusty's a great guy. He's laid back and friendly, and very easy to work with. From our first interaction, he promptly returned our phone calls and texts and generally behaved as if he appreciated our business. We needed a full replacement and his quote was amongst the lowest that we received. He didn't try to push us into anything more expensive; that doesn't seem to be his style. As far as work ethic goes, he's a marvel. I haven't seen a contractor work that hard and fast in a long, long time. He's not old but he's old-school, and clearly takes pride in his work. No complaints from him, either, when an issue on our end forced us to push back the time of installation, resulting in him having to do a two-man job, alone and late into the night. It was 10pm and he still offered to sweep the dust from our floor (as if we had the gall to accept). Between his good prices and excellent service, we highly recommend Dusty.

Dusty is a true professional. I am currently renting a house and the Property Management company used Dusty's AC for their services. He came out a week after another company had come out and not fully taken a former review of the issue before they left and the issue occurred again. Dusty quickly accessed the situation and resolved it promptly. He will be our A/C technician from now on. Highly recommended!

Dusty was WONDERFUL! He came out and gave us a couple estimates on different AC units, explaining everything and not trying to oversell, push for more than we wanted or could afford. Once our decision was made we called set up an appointment. He was quick returning calls...showed up promptly when he said he was going to and did FABULOUS work! Very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products (again not trying to sell you something you don't need.) I recommend him highly!
