So far, service has been very good. Had emergency service in June 2025 and had a maintenance service December 2025. Everything has been great so far!

One Way air does a great job maintaining our A/C. They’re much more affordable and knowledgeable than other companies we’ve used in the past. We’ll only use One Way from now on.

Received my 1st included scheduled A/C maintenance visit which is included on AC install since new AC installed in my home last summer 2025. ONEWAY AIR sent Matt and Happy I am as he also was here last year and performed my new A/C replacement install. Superb customer service AGAIN. Planning on getting the ultra light installed soon with ONEWAY Air at a later date. Also, I have another home address where my parents reside and plan to have them service the A/C units. I want to state again, Matt is an Allstar player on your team. Thank You!!! for sending him again. Ill be calling SOON for the other services I most definitely need to get addressed.

I found this company from their little dancing TikTok’s! Their customer service is pretty top tier, Mackenzie was great to work with on scheduling and answering questions. I had Riley as a technician and he was great-very helpful and friendly. I would use them over and over again and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Riley came out to do a tune up on our ac system and fixed a problem that 3 other company's couldn't fix. He was professional and kind. Absolutely recommend for all ac services.
