Judale came out via my home warranty company and I thoroughly appreciate all his help to fix a different installer's work. He also answered my 101 questions I tend to have anytime a technician for any home appliance comes to my house. #newhomeowner

He was professional, curteous, very communicative as he had to call the manufacturer for warranty info/part and ALWAYS on time (he had to come 3x because of course the first diagnostic visit my system decided to act perfectly okay lol).

One of the things I loved most about his service is he gave a 1hr time window unlike most companies that give 4-6hours and just call when they are on their way. I would definitely recommend and hire him for future jobs!

The work was done well but the approval of the service was through a warranty and I asked him more than 5 times to give me the details of the work that was done since I am interested in having the record of the work that is done on my A/C for warranty purposes and he never did it

The mechanic came in. He was very clean, very knowledgeable. He was fast and he was very polite. I would recommend to anyone in Florida. !

Judale and associate Jorge just finished replacing a worn out Mini Split in an upstairs over the garage bedroom for us. They did an awesome job! They were prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. Judale volunteered to submit the unit Warranty for us and even hauled away the old unit. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use the again for our next A/C needs.

He did a fantastic job! Thank god we got him through our home warranty company. The previous experiences were terrible. But he is a god send.He is the best. He has been working hard all day replacing our entire system. he took time to explain the different functions of our ac! 10 out of 10.

My experience with JOR Mechanical was fantastic! Judell was always on time, courteous and very professional. He laid down cloth on my floor to keep it from getting dirty and cleaned up thoroughly before he left. I would definitely use him again!

1st class professional. Judale replaced my 26 yo rusted out A/C with a heat pump. Arrived prepared promptly as promised, works very hard, never complains, knows exactly what he is doing (even when encountering problems with old wiring in my 52 yo condo). I luv the new unit.
