These company is awful. Their workers who maws the lawn in my home owner association community are lazy. They mowed everything including my plants. When they trim the bushes, they leave bushes that suppose to get trim. They leave a lot of junks behind

I live in Zellwood station... Have called several times to complain , with NO RESPONSE... Grass is thrown in my flower beds, and now I mow my own yard, whereas "yard service" is included with my HOA... I do NOT recommend, unless if you enjoy grass in your flower beds. If the employees don't speak English,. Send them to night class!

Raving fan here... Valley Crest Orlando has been AMAZING with our tree extractions/yard waste removal. Their customer service has gone above and beyond, and it's been a long time since I encountered such professionalism. The poor foreman, who hasn't been feeling well for days, came this morning to grind some tree stumps, left to go to a doctor's appointment, and IS BACK grinding more stumps now. I totally thought he'd be done for the day. A big thumbs up to this company... they do things right!

Sergio's crew is blowing grass, rocks and dirt all over peoples vehicles in Spring Isle (east orlando) and we are tired of it! ☠️☠️☠️

He's a good guy. His crew is not. They don't listen to him.

Horrible company! I’ve never met people so irresponsible in Tampa Bay. They’re great promising to tasks that never complete. Our neighborhood is been suffering the lack of service even though they’ve been paid. Luckily we’re changing them. Worst management ever.
In summary, no respect for customers.

My HOA use this company for lawn service. This company not only mowen my lawn but also everything else on their way, shrubs, irrigation pipe, main water pipe you name it. Monday I just have my irrigation pipe fixed, Friday the lawn mower hit my main water supply again. Whitout notice they shut off the water (for 6 hours),and they try to fix it whitout letting me know. When I go back home, I see an irrigation maintenance guy cut my main water supply pipe pieces.He doesn't have proper equipment and knowledge or even plumbing license to fix it. No surprise my water pipe still leaking after his "fix". The guy try to convinced me leaking water is normal. After an hour negotiation,the company decided to send a proper plumber work on it next day....

If this had a option for negative stars this company this company would be rated that. They are always in the way blocking the street or blocking cars on. When asked tp move the truck. They just look and stare at you and pretend that they dont know what you are saying. The guys also make cat calls to the girls that are walking by. Very very uncomfortable feeling.
I had a issue, i had parked my car next to my complex's laundry building. The parking spot was not blocked off or anything saying that I could not park there. This guy comes in the building tells me to move my car. I was almost done moving my clothes. I told him to give me a few minutes. After, arguing with me for a few seconds. He tells the other guys to start putting the tree branches next to my car. I go outside and the guys just stare while getting into my car...

Very very rude. Lucky they didnt hit my car with the branches.

Bright view is not a trustworthy company. They will take your money and do the very minimum work leaving your landscaping in horrible condition. To anyone thinking of hiring this company I urge you to practice your due diligence and reconsider it would be a big mistake! Their work is shabby at best and even that is being generous, they ignore any communication efforts to get them to do what they are contracted for...basically they have NO integrity.

They do a good job with landscaping, but their leaf blower faction is practically useless and they blow leaves and dirt all over the cars at nearby parking lots. Leaves should be bagged and not swept to the side. I've had my spotless car dirtied up by these guys one too many times.

One of their drivers almost killed themselves as well as my dad and I cutting out in front of me when I was only about 20 ft away the most. I call company with truck number and they don't answer. I leave a message and don't even get a call back. Shows how much they care!

Bought our house in 2023, mid century modern that had been totally renovated inside and out, including brand new sod/grass in both the front land back awn. About 4/5 months after moving in, we notice a little isolated area in the backyard that had started to “fade”. I say “fade”, bc I myself, nor my wife, are lawn care professionals.

Against all of our family and friends advice, which everyone advised against using Massey services for our lawn care service, we decided to call them out to see what was going on.

The diagnosis was chinchbugs, and again, in an isolated area in our backyard. We decided to proceed forward with Massey for both pest control services and lawn care services. No issues yet with the pest control services, but speaking specifically to the lawn care services.

Fast forward to present day, April 2025, our lawn is pretty much totally destroyed, weeds running rampant, not anywhere close to brand spanking new, like when we bought our home. We hired Massey bc there was a promise made to be able to restore our lawn to its original form, and that has never been the case.

There is never any follow up, you have to contact them. Promises of treatment plans, that never happen. And any time they do follow thru and someone comes out, there is never, ever, any ownership of failing on the promises that have been made or failing in general with their services. Additionally, any time anyone does come out, it’s always a sales pitch for additional services or “we can’t treat that weed”, again never honoring the original promises that have been made to.

Just in the past two months, going back to late February/ early March 2025, we contacted Massey to express our dissatisfaction and concerns again. The general manager came out and promised a “treatment plan”, which would include two separate weed treatments a week a part, and a repair to our irrigation system (I’ll also point out we paid an additional cost to Massey to have our irrigation system repair, within the last calendar year, and the same issue is happening again). Since that promise was made by the general manager we’ve had one Massey teammate out to sell us on additional services, one weed treatment, and they never came back for the second weed treatment and they never came back to re-repair the irrigation system.

It pains me to have to resort to a Google review to get anything actually done with Massey, but that’s seems to be the only way they will prioritize you as a PAYING customer, honoring promises that were made and services that you pay a hefty price for.

This is my own personal experience and everyone will have their own satisfaction or dissatisfaction. In my experiences, I would highly advise you hire anyone else but Massey. We paid $167/month for 2 years, $4,000+ and essentially the end result is that we’ll have to re-sod our entire front and back lawn.

Disappointed! Massey has not killed the weeds in my lawn. At the initial application the technician told me he did not have the chemical he needed on his truck to kill one of the weeds in my lawn. Massey has treated my lawn for 7 MONTHS! Despite numerous promises and several applications, I still have weeds in my lawn. They have never failed to bill me & I’m paid in full. Where is the Massey Guarantee? Don’t believe it!

Massey takes care of my. lawn, Irrigation, Pest, and Termite Prevention! I am VERY satisfied with their service. Their service experts are excellent! If there is a question they promptly attend to resolving it. I definitely recommend them. Having a perfectly green lawn is my objective and they provide that for me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SOD INSTALLATION!! We chose this company to install our sod because they said they would guarantee the sod if we signed up for their monthly lawn maintenance program. Within the first two weeks 75% of the sod began to die and we called in and told them. They told me that they needed to apply some super type of fertilizer or something but then they didn't come out to apply it for over a month. At that point 75% of the sod was completely dead and no fertilizer is going to bring it back from the dead. Months and months of phone calls demanding that the sod be replaced was only met with them telling me that the supplier wouldn't work with them. Well I didn't hire their supplier, I hired them. It has been a full 6 months since the sod was installed and the only thing that has happened besides 1000 excuses, is someone did come out to replace some sod but they only had like a quarter of a pallet and we needed at least two if not three pallets. I finally just said screw it and just cancelled the services. Hell, the yard is full of weeds anyway. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I originally signed up with Middleton Lawn Service many years ago and always had a beautiful lawn, but since MASSEY bought them out years ago and took over, it has gone straight downhill. The weeds and pest damage in my lawn has consistently increased every year to the point where it is almost all weeds and/or damaged spots. I called to complain about how bad it looked and was told a manager would call me to set up a time to come out to the house and address my concerns. I waited several weeks but that call never came, so I was forced to call again and cancel the service. I have basically wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the years to have a lawn full of weeds, and NO attempt by management to rectify the situation or even bother to reach out to me. Google won't let you post a ZERO star review but that is what they deserve. Homeowners...do yourself a favor and AVOID MASSEY. There are plenty of choices out there, call someone else!
