The self check out is horrendous. Items don't scan properly, machines reset themselves in the middle of a transaction, inevitably you'll need human assistance which defeats the purpose.

I rented equipment here it sadly did not work properly but the rental team and the manager made it a painless process to bring it back. Definitely great customer service.
