Very impressed with the exceptional service provided by LG Home Services. They have been servicing my lawn as well as a rental property for several months now. They are not only consistent but intuitive. If something needs to be addressed in the yard they do it without me having to ask. I’ve been using this lawn service for about two months now, and I’m really pleased with their work so far. They show up every week on time, do a thorough job, and my lawn looks great after each visit. Before choosing them, I shopped around and was quoted prices more than double what they charge, so their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and affordable lawn care.

I had very high hopes, as things started out well. Service quickly declined. The service became inconsistent and inadequate. Very often the weeds were not trimmed or sprayed. Front porch was never blown off. For two weeks, they never entered my backyard. When I inquired as to why, I was told the crew had an incident with my dogs so they were scared to enter the backyard. Nobody ever communicated that to me (I have 2 boxers). In order to fix this issue, since service days and times were never consistent, I asked if someone could shoot me a text before they come and I will put the dogs up. We agreed to that and it never happened. Twice after that, they left my gate unlatched and my dogs were able to get out of my yard, which was a liability. I communicated all of these issues, kindly and professionally, with Luis and they were ignored. I would say horrible customer service and I do not recommend! With my experience, I can only guess the other reviews are friends and family.

Terrible service. After asking twice for an item located on a high shelf—which required an employee to retrieve it—I waited for 40 minutes. And guess what? I left without the item because no one came to assist me.

I need to preface that I don't know much about plants both indoor or outdoor but of course the wife sent me to get some for our backyard and inside our rooms.

Terrance saw that I may have been overwhelmed and immediately walked up to help me. And man did he help. The sun was burning both our bald heads but he stayed patient answering all my questions and making great recommendations.

If left not only with the plants but great education on how to take care of them.

I'm normally pessimistic when it comes to customer service. I can say Terrance proved me a little wrong today about it. Thanks man.
